The fact that you do not have water, the access roads to your hotel are blocked due to repair roads, and there are problems with parking - you need to inform the client by phone when booking !!! After driving 1500 km, at 12 at night they circled around in a one-way road in search of access roads to the hotel, we ourselves had to negotiate with the security about parking, while the sleepy insolent hotel administrator simply answered by phone that she could not help with parking 🤷🏼♀️ "Search for yourself." Although when booking by phone, they promised a parking space !!!! From the parking lot to the "hotel" 200 meters, with suitcases and children, we trudged to the reception and then the administrator tells us that there is no water, no water at all !!!
At the very least, it was necessary to inform about this by phone when booking, at the most - to apologize to customers for such inconveniences!
After such a boorish attitude, we certainly did not check in, we went to another hotel with service and customer focus for 5+!

Not a bad little hotel, there is a parking nearby, the rooms are cozy, clean, reasonable room rates, breakfast and dinner are included.
Long hotel for its stars. Clean room. Great view of the city. In the surrounding area you can walk and sit in the park. Close to shops and cafes. The kitchen is excellent.
