5) Location. Though it's close to the city center and has a good view of the Volga, it's right by a karaoke bar, and they keep singing well into the night - even on weekdays.
6) Electricity and lighting in the room.... well sometimes it just doesn't work. At night, I wanted to turn on the lights in the bathroom, but they wouldn't turn on. They worked in the room, but not in the bathroom. In the morning, everything worked again.
