Firstly the hotel is on several floors of a tall building in which the hotel is by a lot of organizations, including children's hospital. Because the lift is not stable , very often I had to go down the stairs, where I experienced the beauty of this job: the smell, the peeling walls, strange personality.
Secondly, the prices in the hotel are greatly exaggerated!!! For 1.5 days for the so-called Suite, I paid the price equal to the hotel in Rome for 2 nights. Received a room with no view, badly creaking beds, in General the rooms are decorated in a very depressive style.
The apotheosis of the steel repair work on the Avenue of Kirov, taxis refused to come to the hotel. If you suddenly decide to go on your car, it's quest from the series mission: impossible.
I highly do not recommend this hotel, do not repeat my mistakes.

First, the hotel is on the upper floors of high-rise buildings, stuck in the center of the most unbridled rules of the sealing of building.
The first room offered to me did not come off the window (was open, but just a little).
The second room was terribly smoky. I opened the Windows wide open and went to a restaurant for dinner.

The Elevator is sooooo slow. You can move the stairs, but the stairs are dark and ragged. The same can be said of all approaches to the hotel. The attached photo is not an easy Saratov gate, and the approaches to the hotel, which in its name has the word "luxury".
Rooms seems to be as if normal, but it is necessary to pick at a fingernail, one can see that made all the poor quality - the joints are uneven, the plinth away, the Windows don't open due to the eaves. At normal pressure water accumulates in the shower tray.
The switch in the hallway the double and looks like a normal apartment. But one half-off all light in the room, and the second turns on the light in the hallway. To deal with this at first difficult.
At Breakfast, however, it is possible to eat something, and even fried eggs, and even coffee wasn't too bad. But the kind of cheese casserole has completely freaked me out. Pictures of the quiches will not. Show respect for the fallen.
In General, Saratov, may not be the best city in the sense of the hotel business, but I would advise to stay in this hotel only to those who dislike.. and then after that I'd torture the conscience.
Yes, here as a bonus offer own beer.. I love beer, especially unfiltered.. But that beer is not to my taste.
