The hotel is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people per room. the rooms are very small. We took a room - a studio, it was located on the 3rd floor of the Mandsard and due to the sloping ceiling it lost a lot in the volume of the room. The three of us were really cramped. A shower with a shower is also cramped ... the husband could hardly fit into it with a height of 192.
The most interesting thing is that the declared free parking in fact turned out to be a parking lot for exactly 2 cars and at a price of 250 rubles. per day. But ... if you still want to get the service for free, then write a review about the hotel for 10 points! Super easy! Now it is clear where the rating of the hotel is so high. We also read the "reviews" and got ... The room on the 3rd floor without an elevator on a steep staircase with suitcases is a complete extreme! Parking, if you managed to score one of two places. The breakfast is generally masterpiece! Yogurt, which expired on June 3 (and we spent the night from July 30/31), scrambled eggs and mini-pancakes. Everything. The coffee was bitter, and they didn’t drink it. There is a capsule machine in the room, and it tasted better.
The bed is uncomfortable. There is nothing of the declared king-size! A regular bed from Ikea is 160 cm wide. Moreover, when you sleep, the impression is that your legs are higher than your head.
But there were still a couple of pluses: a serviceable air conditioner and silence in the room. I can’t say anything about the soundproofing of the rooms. we lived alone on the floor.

I decided to add my review after a few days. This is because Booking never published my hotel review. Weird. This is the first time. I wonder if your review is not 10 points, then it is no longer published? Then how can you believe in the objectivity of reviews in principle? It's good that Google hasn't censored reviews yet. Conclusion: if the hotel is so afraid of REAL ratings, is it worth using its services? Draw your own conclusions.
