Seemed just an old soviet hotel, nothing special but still ok, How ever it is NOT.
Bed was full of bed bugs.

An excellent hotel in terms of price and quality. Room with no frills, but the location, staff excellent! The room has a TV and a refrigerator.

The economy class hotel for the night. There is no Breakfast, rooms to a minimum. In General, what you pay is what you get.

Condition of the hotel in the 80s. Wood windows, curtains of the same years on the windows, if you want to plunge into the atmosphere of the 80s, then be sure to visit this place. Old furniture, creaky beds, interior, "cleanliness" in the rooms will not leave you indifferent. And most importantly, the cost per night is the same as in modern hotels.

Average hotel from the times of the USSR. The rooms have been renovated. The bathroom leaves much to be desired. We lived in a two-room junior suite -428. (2600 per day) The room has a double bed and a sofa bed, two wardrobes, a dressing table and a coffee table. . A TV set and a refrigerator, a kettle are given for a while (it is better to bring your own) there is a set of dishes. For three days the bathroom was cleaned every day. The room was not cleaned. There is free parking cafe and restaurant. And a night bar. From the windows of the 4th floor there is a great view of the park. To the center on foot about 20 minutes. By minibus 4 stops (5-7 min), minibuses run frequently.

The hotel is organized on the basis of the hostel of the Rostov Economic University. Were half a day. We had to wait until the train. The impressions are terrible. They gave me a double room on the 4th floor. 1100 r. Per day. They didn't give me a discount for half a day. Bedbugs and some insects were found in the bed. The wife was in shock. There is a cafe on the ground floor. A set lunch costs 250 rubles. I liked it.
