We had a cozy, very warm room with new furniture with a small separate room for taking food (table and two chairs) in the 3-Bedroom Apartment on the first floor (the other two rooms were not used, so we used the shared bathroom and bathroom alone)

We really liked the guest house, great location, near the city center, resort park. The helpful owners met us late in the evening, the room was very cozy and comfortable.

I totally enjoyed my 2 weeks at Dubovaya Roshcha. I'm American, and we just don't have places like this in America for average people to go to. They are only for the super rich
