The hotel lives up to its star rating! We lived five of us in a room with a panoramic view, an extra bed was brought in for us. At 5, it turned out a little cramped, but quite good. The staff is friendly, the room is very clean, everything works, any requests are fulfilled instantly, we ordered extra pillows. The view from the window is amazing - on the embankment, the outdoor area of the water park and the Ferris wheel. The restaurant at the hotel is quite expensive, VAT is charged on the order value. However, breakfasts are included in the price and they are beyond praise! Come, you won't regret it!

Great hotel, pricey but worth it. Cheaper rooms are, of course, small in size, although clean and modern. And the large rooms with stained-glass windows are great! View of the river, on the Ferris wheel, the entrance to which is free for residents. The restaurants around are good, interesting, there is a discount. The water park is free. The breakfasts are super, which is not there for our money)), the stained-glass windows were opened and we sat on the terrace. And then we went to the pool outside, despite the not very good weather, and swam in a long pool and warmed ourselves in the saunas located around. Both we and the children liked everything, but, of course, I would like it to be cheaper))

Beautiful, clean room, everything is neat, everything works. There is a paid bar and snacks for tea, disposable hygiene items. As a compliment, we were placed in a room with a gorgeous view of the historical part of the city and the river, panoramic windows reveal all the beauty. The interior of the hotel is at a high level. Breakfast (buffet) with a wide selection of dishes, including dietary ones.

Great place,aqua parc is super. Food courts at aqua Park are great. We stayed at the hotel and went for dinner ,it was no good. Shrimps were cooking for 55 min and average quality of food outside aqua park is bad. We paid 3700 rub for 3 kids and 1 adult and everyone left hungry
Service in the empty restaurant was also very poor. We wouldn't not recommend to have dinner here. Breakfast was really good,great choice. Fix your restaurant and it will be perfect.

The best hotel of Kazan. The biggest. At hand loads of fun. This and a Waterpark on one side and an entertainment complex on the other. A little further Tatneft arena. In the entertainment complex at night working the strip club.
