Park Hotel in Kazan

Minuses:
- The hotel was greeted by an unpleasant administrator with a displeased look. Which through clenched teeth could not even orientate the parking lot. And when it turned out that for some reason they did not mark my early check-in, which I requested, and I have their answer that ok. As a result, we were told that "these are not their problems, that they will have to sit and wait," no one even apologized.
- It is not clear why the hotel does not provide the entire set: slippers, toothbrush, etc. automatically. And this happens at the reception on request.
- The appearance of the room leaves much to be desired: cabinet handles as if they are 50 years old, stains on the floor, dirty windowsill, dirty curtains, age-old dust on hair dryers and sockets ... And this is not a small cost. In the corridor, the carpet was never washed at all.
- "Ironing service". Forget it. In reality: a room with an iron and a board - you will iron things for yourself
- Rooms are cleaned every day, of course, but it looks like this: throw out the trash and put dirty towels in a pile.

Pros:
- Add new shampoo and shower gel samples
- View from the window, if you have a room overlooking the park, then it is very beautiful both day and evening.
- Very quiet. No noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms.

The hotel left a very unpleasant experience. On the 2nd day of stay, I stained the towel with a foundation. The next day there was room cleaning; and what was my surprise after her to find a folded towel in a toner in the piles of "new" towels. It was replaced after 2 days.
I think the hotel should teach its staff how to clean properly. Otherwise, at such a rate you will be overgrown in mud that will no longer be possible to wash.
Also train all personnel in cultural communication. And then not everyone knows how to do it.

Breakfasts are the same every day. This is not the biggest problem. The main problem is that they are not edible. Omelet on the water, the cheapest sausages, terribly sweet porridge. To all this, thank God there is salad and cheese and ham.
