+ Staff was very helpful and friendly. Front desk 24 hrs. Clean and well kept. Close enough to train station to walk when we arrived with luggage, although we used Y-go when leaving. 2 blocks from both the super market and the incredible сентральний рынок bazaar. The Don Quijote theme of the hotel is interesting and museum like in itself. Good breakfast. The half walk to the Kremlin, Peter & Paul etc, brings you through the wonderful streets of Kazan. .

+ A stone's throw from the train station, right next to the central market, and an 8-minute walk to the main pedestrian street. The location is fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and pretty. Everything was perfectly clean. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. The WiFi worked flawlessly. Perhaps the nicest 3-star hotel I've ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at the Don Kihot again if I found my way back to Kazan.

- Very noisy refrigerator. Pillow and bed were not comfortable. Very small quilt.

Terrible, very very bad.. İ made reservation and they said they are full..İ am at city center and there is no available hotel at Kazan only one starts from 2000 Us. $ dollars.Very very bad never seen worse before..

Very very friendly staff. That was definitely the highlight of my stay at the hotel. The shower in the bathroom (it is a shower cabin) was too small for me. I could not move in the cabin and the shower head was too low so I kept bumping my head. I asked for a quiet room and the room they gave me looked out at the inner yard iso the busier street. Unfortunately the room was located very close to the stairs and I had some loud people staying in the rooms next to me. This is not the fault of the hotel but it did give me some serious discomfort.
The breakfast choices were a bit limited but I was happy that they served breakfast starting from 7 pm.
Based on the friendliness of the staff I would definitely consider staying there again. 4 stars seems to be a fair score; one could argue that for the price you pay it is maybe even worth 5 stars!

Very cozy and beautiful hotel! The numbers correspond to the declared. The rooms are very clean. Comfortable bed. Good bed linen. In the corridors on each floor, Ironing Board, iron and cooler. You can order food in the room. The wait staff is on top. Nothing better to wish it is impossible. Thanks for a great meeting!

Excellent choise, if you want to stay comfortable and have a perfect time in Kazan. Staff is friendly, rooms very clean. Free Wi-fi, and breakfest include!!

Hotel is clean but the bed was really small (80cm) and there was absolutely nothing in the room, not even water. No room service.
I asked for a shaving kit, they gave me one from another hotel and they charged me 90 rub... ($1.5).
Also the walls are very thin, which makes the room very noisy hearing everything from inside and from outside.
