+ the carpet- the shower should be bigger
Affordable and nice
Small and cozy hotel with parking in the backyard. The repair is good, inside is clean, the bathroom is pleasant. There is no breakfast, but the price is lower than in other places where we were. The windows of our room overlooked a busy street, which made it impossible to sleep with the window open. But the room has air conditioning.
The hotel is excellent, beautiful, modern, clean, the beds are clean!!! which is important. Everything is fine, but it takes a long time to get to the center ... they spent the same amount on a taxi if they rented a room in the center. But if you have time, bus 10a , half an hour drive and in the city center. I liked the hotel, thanks for the hospitality.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, it was not possible to stay at this hotel, as our booking was canceled without any warning ... I was lucky that I decided to check the booking in advance when I found out about the unexpected cancellation. We booked everything in advance, but now we urgently had to look for other options, which, as it turned out, were practically non-existent for the May holidays at the prices we expected. The hotel staff explained that there was some kind of technical failure, they did not offer anything as a solution to the problem, assuring that all the rooms in the hotel were booked and could only send an official refusal. To our surprise, when we were looking for new accommodation options for booking, once even a number was displayed from 30.04 to 1.05 (our booking was from 30.04 to 2.05), but even this option was not offered to us for one day. Thank you very much for this hotel!

Visited with a friend, beds were comfortable. The room is spacious and the decor is in good condition.
The interior lives up to its name and is very pleasant.
The breakfasts are excellent.
Linen and towels are fresh with a pleasant fragrance. It is not often that you want to return to the hotel next time, this is just the case.

+ Staff genuinely tried to be helpful despite language barrier.
- If you want something convenient to the Kazan city center, this hotel is a bit out of that radius. The only reason for the 2 stars on the value aspect was that I stayed during FIFA WC 2018 and all hots had inflated prices. I am sure the price will return to earth after the tournament.
