Hotel is ok, but rooms cleaning should be better. At night very noisy outside and just not possible to sleep. No AC in the room and you have to keep window open

Less than medium meal in Hotel's restaurant. Single person behind the reception desk:( Overall - good price for night stay long road trip.

Nice hotel, but had few problems: didn't receive room cleaning (by the way after talking on a reception), water is on the floor not in room, elevators are dangerous (sometimes bugging), not enough heating, crazy prices in restaurant. Very good that there is parking, very good and attentive reception, clean environment, friendly atmosphere, etc.

Finding a nice hotel room during World Cup 2018, has been extremely hard. we had no. choice but to stay at this hotel. I give it a 2.5 star based on US standards

Nice hotel, food is very tasty! The location is convenient, 8 minutes walk to the metro station, across the road there is a shopping center, in the next house there are small shops and cafes. By metro it takes no more than 5 minutes to get to the Kazan Kremlin. The room was cleaned every day, everything was clean, only the room sometimes smelled like a sauna🙄, ventilation solved this problem.

My rating for the hotel is a solid C with a small plus. The room is standard, ordinary without any frills for 4. But not for 4 stars. Pleased with the robe and slippers, comfortable bed. Service 5. Polite, competent staff. There is a swimming pool and sauna... For a business trip, it will do for a long period of time. The location would be okay, but the hotel is located on a noisy highway and a gas...

Excellent hotel. The room (business) is very spacious, with a large panoramic window. The room has everything for tea and shower, cable TV, conveniently located sockets.
