- The hotel doesn't meet 4 star standards: 1. The room is less than 15m². 2. Bed sheets were not changed. It took me two days and 3 times asking reception to change the dirty bed. 3. The dust persists on all horizontal surfaces above people's eyes. They just don't clean the dust. 4. Minibar, refrigerator, sofa, and tea pot were missing in our room. 5. The swimming pool was made of mosaic tiles and some of them were missing and opening sharp corners of other tiles. It was very easy to get injured by them. 6. The room they call "hammam" has nothing similar to casual hammam. So I think this hotel should have only 3 stars, it does not qualify for a 4 star hotel.

Worst place ever (eng.desc. below). The worst place that I have ever been, security scans things and guests after each return that is not consistent with the current level of threats, however, when my girl was indignant and she stupidly poked in the face by the regulations, and laughed in his face and perceived as crazy when she was troubled, the poor man looked exhausted by constant checks, I also feel like at the station, security is really annoying, though polite. Very dry air and too good audibility. Guests discouraged by regular inspections and somehow not burning to come back here, I also don't want to.
Security scans you and your bags everytime you return in the hotel with no outside reasons. One girl in front of me tried to argue and they just laughed rated at her face repeating something about anti-terr law they have, but honestly, this isn't reasonable because it's quiet city. She looked pissed off with all those checks tho. I agree, I feel like I'm in the airport or train station too. The hotel security is polite, but annoying, which actualy looks passive-agressive.
The air in my hotel room is dry as I'm in a desert, and I hear all my neighbours clearly. Other guests are dissapointed about those security checks too and they say they don't wanna return, neither me.
