I came on a business trip to Kazan for a few days and stayed at this hotel. Everything in the rooms is new. Comfortable mattresses, modern digital TVs with plenty of channels, proper hotel curtains that completely block out light and sounds from the street. The hotel occupies one floor in a residential building. Everything is new, very clean. Kitchen with a set of imaginary dishes (frying pan, saucepan, ladle, spatula. Cutlery, plates, cups for two persons). There is a stove, microwave and refrigerator, kettle, tea bags, sugar, napkins, drinking water (two bottles each), replenished every day, as well as dishwashing detergent and a sponge for dishes....

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days in a double room for winter break. The hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and polite. The room has everything you need, and in the kitchen you can drink tea, leave your food in the fridge and play chess. A very pleasant and most importantly quiet place located in the center of Kazan. We will certainly come back again.

Of the minuses, not very thorough cleaning - crumbs under the tables, in our room (107) they never dusted, they only changed the garbage bag in the toilet...

You can take breakfasts, but you can not take. 200 rubles - the price of the issue. In the morning, you don't have to look all over the city for where to eat. Although this is not a problem, the location is excellent. The rooms are clean.
