Krokus-Hotel Hotel in Naberezhnyye Chelny

Good morning everyone. This time I stayed at this hotel. Service at the front desk is prompt and courteous. The room is not big but clean. There are no hygiene kits. Very small bathroom. Only a corner washbasin and a small shower. The cafe was cold. I want to leave it as soon as possible, probably because there was no one in it in the evening. Well, some little things that do not have to sit in it (photo attached).

nice place, lived for a week and overall satisfied.

polite administrators, going forward when necessary. the canteen workers were also quite nice to me.

the rooms are not bad, but not quite in perfect condition: in the bathroom, the shelf near the mirror was chipped, and the first duvet cover that they brought me was slightly torn. in general, it does not interfere with life, and I had a great time there.

in the dining room you can both breakfast (buffet) and lunch / dinner. honestly, I never ate lunch and dinner there, but I saw people who did it. I am attaching a photo of some of my breakfasts. it was tasty and satisfying.

for some reason, the dining room always had sticky floors, which greatly spoils the impression, but the rooms are quite clean. cleaning is done every day, and on the fourth day of my stay, they changed bed linen and towels (they can be changed every day if necessary, for this you just need to leave them on the floor).

everything seems to be written. in general, I recommend, a good place.

I came here for the first time back in 2018, when I came to Naberezhnye Chelny on a business trip.
And today, July 9, 2021, I am again sitting at breakfast, which is included in the price of my room and eating vegetables that the chef brought me from her garden as a treat (for which special thanks to her)
As you understand, I have been here many times, mostly I come here when I am on business trips.
Nearby there is a park where you can walk, run, train.
Also within walking distance is an eco food store, a shopping center, a car wash.
The rooms are comfortable, today my room was equipped with air conditioning, it is better to check with the managers about the presence of air conditioning in the room.

Of the minuses:
If you open the windows, then in the morning the sound of the tram will add effects to your sleep.
Thin walls👍 you can hear everything that happens in neighboring rooms.

Comfortable, not expensive, service is decent, not bad food. The staff is polite and responsive. Clean rooms. I recommend this hotel, a good combination of price and quality of services rendered.

I stayed in this hotel for about a year.
I am satisfied.
