Good hotel and good restaurante Nice
Best Business hotel in Chelny, ucomplicated communication with staff in english. Clean rooms, in the upper floors also with sufficient space. The Restaurant seems noble, though there are much better places for dinner outside. Remark: slowest elevator in human history to be tanken into consideration, to be in time for appointments.

There is no a gym for the guests
It is a fairly three star hotel.
This was my favourite hotel I sampled in this city. The shopping mall next door and the other mall within 5km were both within walking distance. There were a bunch of good restaurants within walking distance as well and the restaurant onsite was good. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and service was good.
Not a bad hotel. Nice girls at the reception. Quietly, calmly. For travel - the perfect place. The restaurant is no frills, but pretty well cooked. The Breakfast is good. Excellent ratio price-quality.

The cleaner accidentally dropped personal belongings and refused to admit it. The manager also shirked responsibility and denied that no one would do it. This is the only Russian hotel I have been to that is not responsible.

Excellent hotel-spa. We stayed at the beginning of September. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms, the availability of bath accessories and their replenishment, clean robes and the availability of massage chairs on the floors. I think this is the best hotel I've ever been to in Russia. Well, the elevator is slow! Everything is just perfect and thoughtful. And even the prices for dinner are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Very good new hotel. Nice comfortable furniture and fixtures. Just what you need for a business trip for one or two nights. Convenient location. Yes, the airport is far away, but for that Kamaz itself is at hand. And this is very important for those who go to the car factory. Near a bunch of good restaurants and Deja Vu and Georgian stories and Cheese factory. Definitely recommend to stay
Very good hotel! I recommend to all! Cozy, spacious rooms, there is always in the room: drinking water, tea and coffee sets, dental kit, shampoos. At the reception, nice, friendly girls on any issue can help or suggest. The restaurant is always fresh and varied food, you can always choose what to eat.
All the services, which were given as “included” in Ostrovok app, were actually payable. Especially sauna and steam rooms were extremely expensive. Even toothpaste and towels weren’t free. And they gave us a room, different from the pictures here.
