Old fashion hotel, cheap. Bur rather reliable, with great view from rooms pointed on railway station, good service and breakfasts (especially liked cookies).

Stayed in a studio, clean, big bathroom, large bed, breakfast buffet, tasty enough, liked everything!

A great place to spend the night if you arrived in Tula late and you don't know anything there. The sign can be seen from the landing platform, walk 3-4 minutes. Fast registration.
The room and the interior are typical for large Soviet hotels. At the same time, the room was quiet! And the sewerage system worked properly and odorless.
The mattress, blanket and bed linen are new. I managed to get enough sleep.
Breakfast - continental, buffet. There were scrambled eggs in tins, two cereals, sausages, slices. The choice is not great, but it seemed to me that the occupancy of the hotel is lower (it was on the day before the holiday). Some of the serving tables were empty.
