Excellent new hotel. Comfortable room, clean, convenient. Breakfast with a wide selection of dishes. Close to the train station. Quiet location. Spar and a pharmacy nearby.
The restaurant and confectionery are top-notch, one of the best in the city. The atmosphere, the decor, the service, the menu itself, the taste and presentation cannot be compared with other local establishments... But as they say, everything cannot be perfect, there are not enough views, the view from the window is depressing, the location does not allow it, there is no beauty nearby... if this does...
The hotel left a pleasant impression. Cleanliness everywhere. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Varied and delicious breakfasts. Attentive staff. We recommend. If we are in Murom, we will definitely stay here.
We celebrated the New Year in this hotel, we liked absolutely everything: clean and cozy rooms, they have everything, a restaurant in the hotel, delicious buffet breakfasts and generally delicious food in the restaurant, there is a children's room. The staff is very friendly 👌

New, nice. The room was big. Very welcoming both in interior and in staff. The windows really overlooked a bit noisy road, but I recommend the hotel. And an excellent restaurant next to it.

Doesn't match 3 stars at all. But you can spend the night. Had the experience of staying in 1 star hotels and they were better. So, as expected, the feeling that the owner is sorry to throw out old things, so they are attached everywhere. Worn out armchairs and sofas in the hallways. The paintings on the walls have no connection with the hotel or the city. Mirrors are everywhere. There is no elevator...
a bit small rooms, but okay so far. Free WiFi, parking either free outside on the front or for 200rub per night in the back with security. Interesting, that a dinner was included in the rooms price!
In general, you can live, people obviously tried to give a decent look to the hotel. I liked the breakfast, although almost everything is cold, the porridge is barely warm, the omelet is absolutely cold. A great cottage cheese! The room is not bad, but the carpet on the floor is just terrible. The bathroom does not have enough surfaces, nowhere to put a comb) But the water is good, you can even drink...
