We celebrated the New Year in this hotel, we liked absolutely everything: clean and cozy rooms, they have everything, a restaurant in the hotel, delicious buffet breakfasts and generally delicious food in the restaurant, there is a children's room

The hotel left a pleasant impression. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Varied and delicious breakfasts. If we are in Murom, we will definitely stay here

Worn out armchairs and sofas in the hallways. The paintings on the walls have no connection with the hotel or the city. It is at least problematic for people with limited mobility to climb on their own

Thank you very much for their human attitude! An entirely high-quality renovation suggests itself, without cheap plastic that falls apart right away, the rooms need to be rebuilt taking into account sanitary standards, and not cutting cells in the pursuit of profit

The hotel will be of better quality and the profit will not be lost when people reach out to the city, but it has a place for guests! I cannot recommend this hotel, just express my opinion
