The restaurant and confectionery are top-notch, one of the best in the city. The atmosphere, the decor, the service, the menu itself, the taste and presentation cannot be compared with other local establishments... But as they say, everything cannot be perfect, there are not enough views, the view from the window is depressing, the location does not allow it, there is no beauty nearby... if this does...

The hotel left a pleasant impression. Cleanliness everywhere. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Varied and delicious breakfasts. Attentive staff. We recommend. If we are in Murom, we will definitely stay here.

We celebrated the New Year in this hotel, we liked absolutely everything: clean and cozy rooms, they have everything, a restaurant in the hotel, delicious buffet breakfasts and generally delicious food in the restaurant, there is a children's room. The staff is very friendly 👌

New, nice. The room was big. Very welcoming both in interior and in staff. The windows really overlooked a bit noisy road, but I recommend the hotel. And an excellent restaurant next to it.

A good hotel for casual travelers. The cuisine is simple, but hearty and tasty. The bath complex is just as good if you don't find fault. I would like to wish: Service personnel - to improve, business executives - to replace morally and physically obsolete textiles, furniture and think about comfort in the rooms.

Excellent hotel complex. Rooms are clean, cleaned on time, friendly staff. You can order a good breakfast in the morning. The prices are average. There is also a gorgeous wood-fired bath (sauna) (!) With a swimming pool for a large company for only 1000 rubles per hour. In general, I recommend it.
