An unrelentngly grim hotel that works night and day to keep itself grim!
Normal hotel. Yes, renovation is underway, but our windows did not overlook the roadway, so we slept well. Of course, there are also disadvantages) in a two-bed room there are only 2 sockets, there are 2 more, BUT one of them is occupied by a refrigerator, and it does not seem to work 😑 and the second with a TV. There is no hair dryer or liquid soap in the shower. And so, in general, it is normal. The room has been renovated, the plumbing is not old, but the water from the displaced in the shower runs obliquely, crookedly ... in the corridor there are old paths and the floor, for us these are trifles. There is also a cooler on the floor. The main thing is to be clean, quiet, and a good pressure in the shower! There is a cafe on the ground floor, the breakfasts are delicious and hearty.

Ok..this is not a hotel if you are expecting more than the very basic basics. For me, its fine and I enjoy that its in the center of the city.
The price corresponds to the quality. Wi-fi in the room works well. Curtains in the bathroom are new. There is the smell of sewerage. There is a parking free of charge in front of the hotel. Behind the hotel there is a private paid parking, 150 rubles per night.
The average regular scoop with a massive aunts at the reception, oak doors and a carpeted corridors. The rooms are clean and outstanding. Know, but there is no pathos! Modest, discreet and cheaper than the others. Budget traveler - what you need!

"Shower" is a pallet with a curtain that closes the shower with only one hand. The floor filled with water, and tried to be more careful. 3. Plumbing worn and broken,but clean.
Interior is a relic of the Soviet past, wood panels, carpets, smell - all of this leaves not the best impression. In the room the active presence of the animal world, in particular collecting green caterpillars. Dirty mats beside the bed,dirty floor in the shower, hair on the pillow the image of the hotel "Zarya".

And you know why? Because the rooms are just wonderful! Here you can relax! The night is quiet, nobody disturbs you. Shower is great! Rooms cleaned every day! Nearby you can eat in the café Cupcake! Everything is accessible and convenient!

First like normal,but then if prismotretsa vizde dirt and the ceiling and floor are All very expensive , towels are not enough. there is no Bathrobe and Slippers ,bathroom dirty.Everywhere dust and dirt ,in other matters it is not a hotel but a dump .I recommend this hotel would not move.
