Excellent hotel! Very friendly staff, ready to help fulfill almost any requests. The rooms are very spacious, there is everything necessary for living. Good choice during breakfast, buffet, there are dishes for people with different tastes. Very good location of the hotel - excellent accessibility for transport, both for taxi and public transport.

The hotel keeps the quality. We arrived in the evening, did not book in advance, were accommodated easily and quickly. They gave us two rooms side by side which was exactly what we needed. Everything is clean, in the elevator only with a magnetic card. There will be no strangers on the floor. There is a minibar and a kettle in the room. Cosmetics in the bathroom available, slippers, white towels. The bed is comfortable, pillows and mattress allow you to relax perfectly. Breakfast is available and varied. They can fry an omelette with any additives, there are yogurt and sausages and cheese. Fruits and cookies made the morning happy. The coffee is pretty decent too.

Services at the height. Excellent lounges. There is everything for living. Everything is thought out. Including personal hygiene from toothbrush to hair care. I advise.

The hotel is cozy, functional, the mattress is comfortable, there is an ironing board with an iron, a kettle, coffee with cream and tea in the room. In general, it’s nice to live, it’s not bad located, near a park, a crossroads, a shopping center, a cinema, Motherland, a transport interchange. If the room is without breakfast, then it costs not like breakfast - 990 rubles, but in fact it is not surprising. There are breakfasts in Gretel, here for 300-500 rubles. much nicer to sit.

Excellent hotel, standard as in all Hilton hotels, good mattress, soundproofing, iron and ironing board in the room, delicious breakfasts, safe in terms of covid, everything is served by waiters, you don’t use a common spoon at the buffet, the best hotel for anti-covid measures, access everywhere only with a mask and gloves. Within walking distance of the main attractions (Pavlov's House, Crocodile Fountain (round dance), 10 minutes from the hotel.

Neat and clean place. They helped with early check in with half price without breakfast. Breakfast is pretty expensive comparing to other restaurants. And ultimately I landed up paying the same cost like routine check in with breakfast

Actually horror. A quiet horror.
The shower did not work. Pouring in different directions. On the floor formed a large pile of water. Separately restaurant! It is generally. Pancakes ⅔ generally something like this. One serving of refried second dozhareno fu. Flowing dough. Dissolves on the plate along with the ice cream.

A room for two .... set on the second begged! Bathrobes on request! The chef at Breakfast went to the gym, sneaker dirty tattered headdress worn to holes.
If you really have no place to live in Volgograd. I will tell honestly..... better not live in this place!

good day,I want to tell about your stay in Hilton garden Inn! very bad. registration takes 30 minutes,provided that I'm one of the guests and the reception area 3 Manager!!! and they don't know what to do,go back and forth,ask each other something,in General the staff is absolutely not qualified! I stop for two nights,pay ( without pay I don't inhabit) in a day I get a call from reception and asked to pay)) funny!!! I say paid,I again demand payment!!! checks if the payment is not issue! when you check in not correctly indicate the room rate and in the accumulation of points come very small charges! pay for 10 days stay,and the points come one day!!! because reception work is not very competent people
