Good, but not 5 stars
Very Good hotel. Stopped many times.
Good hotel with private parking. Clean rooms with new furniture.
Standard room for two with 1 bed, night from 11 to 12 August 2021.
Bed 150 cm wide (i.e. one and a half)
One towel, one robe (with a belt torn in half, which was simply tied =)), one shower set, slippers - 1 pair, one cup with a teaspoon (apparently, it is assumed that tea should be drunk in turn). The air conditioner makes a noise like an open window in a car at a speed of 100 km / h (while the sense from it is about zero).
General impression of the hotel:
we stopped by to spend the night on the way from the Caucasus to Moscow, chose 5 * specifically to have parking, breakfast, clean room, polite staff (unfortunately, there was the only free hotel in this category, so when choosing, they did not read reviews). What we got: according to the number described above, parking for 9 cars (of course, packed). When I asked why, when booking, I was not informed that there was no parking on the veil, they answered that it was there. I was outraged that 5 * could create comfort for the guests in the form of a larger parking area - I received the answer that no one owes anything to anyone: D, there was no desire to discuss anything with this employee at the reception. I decided that I would write a detailed review to warn people like us.
Breakfast is delicious, rich in choice, but the service is also at zero, to get my coffee I had to "run" after the waitress, who, when she heard that we were asking the chef about coffee, deliberately walked around our table in spite of us and at the same time grinned with the chef, they say, let them come to my feet if they want coffee ...

Nice hotel. Were at their restaurant for a banquet. The food is quite reasonable, the prices are reasonable. The only drawback is that the payment terminal is designed like hell. Cashback for the restaurant was not credited, alas
Good, solid hotel with very good service and conditions. Were quite satisfied with the stay here. The staff is quite adequate, the rooms are quite cozy. Quietly.

The hotel is in the spirit of "thoroughly and richly". To complete the experience is not enough of these paintings on the walls. And so quiet, clean, comfortable. Breakfast with a good selection of food, hearty and delicious. In the Elevator funny ads sauna, it actively promoted the character in overalls. But the attempt to dine in the hotel restaurant was a disappointment. The menu lacks the ingredients for this dish and I was genuinely surprised when in the fish soup were mushrooms. About the degree of doneness of meat is not asked, brought a half-baked, we had to ask to finish roasting. Dumplings with venison gave the lamb, although we were assured that they only venison. The supply of food is more in line with dining room than a restaurant with a five star hotel. With Parking at the hotel everything is fine.
