The staff goes to a meeting, give out free Slippers and shaving kit or toothbrush. Breakfast is quite decent.
The only negative, if you use the sofa as a bed, using the mattress feels lightweight mesh, but it does not reduce its advantages. Housed in the 4th, quite comfortable.
The hotel is clearly worth the money.
Very disappointed, they shut the water off every night. They knock on the door when you have a "do not disturb" sign hanging outside (this happened 3 times). They also do not change the sheets. My phone also is not able to call reception because it doesn't work. This is below the level of service I typically get at Holiday Inns. I will be staying at the Ramada next time.
