I liked the hotel. It is located in the center, which is very convenient. Our room was small, but clean and cozy. Breakfasts were delicious. We had a great rest! Thank you!

It depends on your luck with the room and cleaning. We stayed twice, the first time everything was super, the second time a C. The first time: I read the reviews and I can say that everything is apparently very subjective. I think the hotel is very cool for the money. On the way south for 2000₽ (and that's about what a Smart room costs) I spent the night in such a crap place and they told me it was a "good place". So the hotel is awesome in comparison! And not only in comparison with our hotels, rich experience of traveling around Europe. In fact: • There were towels for two • The staff was normal • The mattresses were medium-hard, comfortable • Cleaned well • There was no noise • We were able to park (though it was a weekend) • We didn't take breakfast. I didn't take the risk, for this price you can eat normally in the city. • As a bonus, we parked next to the bar "Poneslos" (100 m) and it was fate, we went there to have dinner. Super tasty cuisine, honestly didn't expect it.

Wonderful hotel. Convenient location in the city center. Breakfast - buffet. During the pandemic, there were days when the waiters themselves served, but there is the option of free breakfast delivery to the room. Everything is fresh, tasty and satisfying. Excellent hotel! We are not stopping for the first time. We like. Very clean, friendly staff. But for some reason in the double room again one set of towels.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the city. Interesting design, very nice staff, especially at the reception, restaurant. Good soundproofing in the rooms, delicious breakfasts and spacious junior suites. Very caring General Manager of the hotel. In general, the hotel is an ideal value for money.?

An excellent hotel in the very historical center of Voronezh, the only drawback is where to park so that the car is in place in the morning. And so a great place with great service and an included buffet from 7.00 am to 11.00 am. Deshman rooms certainly "beat", when you get out of the elevator it seems that the ceiling is at eye level, there is a reason not to go here anymore. But the place and the server are bribed.

beautiful view from the window, nice rooms, everything you need, safe, fridge, hairdryer, two sets of towels, gels, shampoos, shoe accessories, enough hangers, daily cleaning of rooms, very good breakfasts. not the first time I stay in Voronezh, I chose the hotel because of the breakfast. the staff is also very good 👍. the hotel is conveniently located, shops, cafes nearby. check-in by qr-code, breakfast is also by it.
