Great location, close to the Kremlin with groceries and liquor stores nearby. Clean rooms but in winter/fall season are rather cold. Good breakfast — 5 menus to choose from.

Affordable hotel close to major attractions. Breakfast is included and you can choose from 4 options. The room cleaning is not quite perfect, especially the shower stall. Wi-fi without a password, but weak.

Polite and friendly staff. On reception explained everything in detail and told. Spacious enough and clean room. Good inexpensive restaurant menu can be explored. The restaurant has a children's complex.
And most importantly, for me anyway - in porch on the floor is equipped with a Smoking room.
Of the minuses:
wi-fi did not work in the room but in the current state of mobile Internet didn't really break off;
at times TV got it wrong and lost the signal.

Came with a friend for Christmas, booked a day. You don't always get that kind of hospitality! Convenient location of the hotel, from the railway station you can take a taxi for 100 rubles! The rooms are warm, cozy, the floor is heated in the bathroom, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is new and clean. The attitude of the staff to the guests should be noted separately. Administrators Larisa and Natalia are an example for all people to follow! From their warmth it becomes more pleasant to live, more fun. They explained everything, told how to get to the sights. Hotel service pulls on 4 +. Most importantly, all the staff try to make your stay at the hotel comfortable, only positive emotions! I would like to return to this warm and friendly place! I recommend wholeheartedly!!!! You are truly loved here!

Rather chip hotel in the center of Rostov. Normal rooms, about normal breakfast.
