This hotel is very good for kids and food lovers. Fine charge and its food quality is very good. And recommended for any ages of people. Ideal area for party and have treet with friends
Every single detail on the walls, lamps and tables is impressive. The options are very tasty and the prices are fair, so I went back there once again within 2 days
But they have to improve more in there presentations. We have a little party there and fun with friends
They have an English version menu and were very helpful on explaining the dishes
In Rostov to be in the courtyard to go. The best place in Russia! !!

I always ate here. Now the restaurant staff was reduced, the service is very bad. Although the kitchen is still good.

We chose nature, silence, solitude, fishing! Stayed one day with my family in a separate cottage "Cedar" made of large logs. We liked! It is very cozy, comfortable, it smells like wood
Very good tourist base. Beautiful, stylized Russian village area. Lots of greenery, nice rooms. a fine dining restaurant. Have a place to take the kids, take a boat ride on the lake and other entertainment. Recommend.

The houses are close enough to each other, but since trees and other plants are very competently planted, this is not felt. Some of the houses have saunas with access to the terrace
For large events, there are open gazebos, closed ones and pavilions for celebrations. There is a small fishing pond on the territory. Nice playground and small museum
We rested our souls, fried meat on the grill, the children were fishing in the pond. Good breakfast, animals, playground - everything was great!

I had the best room with a balcony and loved it. This is a large, clean room with many windows and high ceilings. The breakfast was pretty tasty and cheap. Despite its age, the hotel has a lift
The one cons that I can find is the hot water pressure. It was unstable so the shower temperature was changed frequently. But it is OK, you can easily tune it
I stayed at Selivanov 2 times in a couple year when I travelled to Rostov. Even many staffs changed but the service still excellent

You don't always get that kind of hospitality! Convenient location of the hotel, from the railway station you can take a taxi for 100 rubles! The rooms are warm, cozy, the floor is heated in the bathroom, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is new and clean
Most importantly, all the staff try to make your stay at the hotel comfortable, only positive emotions! I would like to return to this warm and friendly place! I recommend wholeheartedly!!!! You are truly loved here!
