I have been a customer at their restaurant and hope this can be useful as all the others reviewers focused on their stay at the hotel. The place is cozy, with kind personnel and excellent food
This hotel is very good for kids and food lovers. Fine charge and its food quality is very good. And recommended for any ages of people. Ideal area for party and have treet with friends
Every single detail on the walls, lamps and tables is impressive. The options are very tasty and the prices are fair, so I went back there once again within 2 days
But they have to improve more in there presentations. We have a little party there and fun with friends
They have an English version menu and were very helpful on explaining the dishes

A quiet place. The old mansion of merchants Pleshanova there is a summer gazebo ,where you can sit in a relaxed atmosphere.
Cozy hotel, clean rooms, excellent cuisine and a full and cheap bizneslanch. The location is very good - Central but quiet.
Would recommend this hotel.Manor and staff of the highest category.
I always ate here. Now the restaurant staff was reduced, the service is very bad. Although the kitchen is still good.

The hotel itself is cozy, the furnishings are top class! The restaurant matches: it is tastefully decorated, it is pleasant to spend time in it, the menu is small, but everything that was ordered was incredibly tasty and beautifully served
Near the lake and the city park. 10 minutes walk to the monastery. Air conditioning in the rooms. In the morning, noisy enough from early guests, soundproofing is not so hot. The shower room lacks toothbrushes
The staff is polite, service (reception, restaurant, room cleaning) 5 points. Another plus is the close location from the center, from the Kremlin (7-10 minutes slowly)

It was in January, 2016 in the cold -32 C , in principle, the heating was done but wanted to make it a little warmer. Breakfast is not liked especially the "hot sandwich".

You don't always get that kind of hospitality! Convenient location of the hotel, from the railway station you can take a taxi for 100 rubles! The rooms are warm, cozy, the floor is heated in the bathroom, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is new and clean
Most importantly, all the staff try to make your stay at the hotel comfortable, only positive emotions! I would like to return to this warm and friendly place! I recommend wholeheartedly!!!! You are truly loved here!
The attitude of the staff to the guests should be noted separately. Administrators Larisa and Natalia are an example for all people to follow! From their warmth it becomes more pleasant to live, more fun
On reception explained everything in detail and told. Spacious enough and clean room. Good inexpensive restaurant menu can be explored. The restaurant has a children's complex
Of the minuses: wi-fi did not work in the room but in the current state of mobile Internet didn't really break off; at times TV got it wrong and lost the signal
And most importantly, for me anyway - in porch on the floor is equipped with a Smoking room

Nice clean comfortable hotel. It can be seen that the new one) is apparently the best in the city. The room was taken with a view of the lake. Quite spacious. There are bathrobes and slippers. Shampoo and shower gel.
The hotel has its own parking lot and bike rental, they were not useful to us this time due to bad weather, but overall it is a pleasant bonus
Excellent hotel: spacious room equipped with everything you need, great lake view from the window, good restaurant at the hotel (breakfast was average, but overall the menu is very good, especially considering the difficult situation with cafes and restaurants in the city in general)
The hotel is located a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, by local standards, probably not very close, but you can walk along the lake to the Kremlin
