For one night stay it is good! We had a large bedroom and bathroom as well .
It was clean but on the other hand we didn’t have anything in the room . It was bad equipped. You can’t make a coffee in the room. Nothing. Just sleep and move from here.
Breakfast was poor they gave us leftovers from weddings. Very bad and poor. No coffee machine no juice machine no nothing. Pool doesn’t have sun bed ….nobody goes to the pool.
All in all I would not recommend.
Oh… the worst thing was THAT we didn’t have warm water !!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I did not receive a room. On top of that, the music was so loud that communicating with the staff was nearly impossible. A clear lack of professionalism and organization.

I arrived at this hotel at 10 PM with a confirmed Booking.com reservation, only to be told there was no room available for me. I was forced to find another place to stay late at night (fortunately, we managed to find a room at Hotel Apostolovic Plus, where we were warmly welcomed). Additionally, a loud wedding was taking place, making it impossible to have a normal conversation at the reception, and we had to squeeze through the wedding guests with our luggage. I've never experienced such unprofessional and unacceptable service — definitely a place to avoid.

The owners were completely unprofessional. They didn’t respect the agreement for the wedding date and they give our date to other people without letting us know. The worst thing was that they behaved like we never met in person. They were supposed to keep this appointment until the end of the year.

The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. They dont speak english, they treat you like you have to give them your money without doing anything. They dont have elavator!!! And some of us from our group had knee problems. And had to carry the luggage by ourselves, because the man was tired. Unacceptable!!! Get a replacement for the guy, when you know that you expect a group. The dinner was some frozen meatball and the breakfast was something between lunch and dinner. Of course i would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located 5 km from the center, it is almost between in the nothing, just aside of the road, but it is in an excellent location, if only used for a night and then continue on the road. There is a large parking lot. Internet is password-free, but quite often it is weak, especially if there are many guests. There are several halls for celebrations, and quite often it can happen during the stay, as with us, that there are people celebrating. Music can be heard throughout the hotel. There is no elevator. Which can be a problem for guests with more luggage or less mobility. The rooms are large, with an entrance hall and a bedroom. They need maintenance, some have no batteries in the remotes, broken window mash screens, light bulbs not working, stains on the bathroom ceiling. Sometimes hot water is a problem. There is a shower cabin. Slightly worn furniture, but for one night it is decent. One plus - there is a varied breakfast. Coffee is available at the bar. The coffee, with breakfast included, is a type of Turkish coffee, made in the kitchen and served poured into glasses. There is no coffee machine. There is a small pool. Interesting hotel design and lighting at night.

The hotel was clean, the room was warm and comfortable.
There was a party downstairs in the venue, but I can’t say I was disturbed or that I couldn’t sleep.
The breakfast was also tasty.
We were in transit, just one night, but it was perfect.

Very nice hotel with a very nice pool. Restaurant is ok, breakfast is not very goos, but acceptable. For a one night stop is a good deal.
