Where to stay in Nis

Awesome Hotel, breakfast is very good, with meat, vegetables and sweets, very nutritious. Big, clean rooms. Workers are very helpful.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived 3 hours early prior to my check-in time. The staff offered to hold my luggage in a locked secure room behind the check-in desk. I received my luggage when I check-in, nothing was missing, all secure. The free breakfast was fantastic, with lots of food to choose from. The dining area is clean and roomy to hold many customers.

It is recommended to book a suite at this hotel in Nis in the future.

The room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, in the core city area. The King's Square is less than 100 meters away. The castle and the pedestrian street are all in this area. The front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel parking lot is charged, and parking on the side street is free.

Really nice hotel in the very city center, with a big, comfortable rooms well equipped and with a nice view. the hotel is located next to the highway , in the rooms there is no one-time use for hygiene and the hotel does not have slippers for rooms

The restaurant in Nais hotel is our spot on a way to or back from Turkey. The place is nicely located close to the highway but hidden in a green garden with trees, has a nice terrace to eat your meal and has a nicely decorated interior. The food is very tasty and staff proffesional and friendly. We will definitely visit again on out way to Turkey (and probably also on a way back).

Horrible food & service. I ordered Greek salad and was given some soggy vegetables from at least 3 days ago. When I complained nothing was done. Unacceptable for 4* hotel! I would avoid by all means.

Breakfast was decent but if you didn’t go early it was a bit stale at the later hours. Staff were friendly and efficient. Hotel was fairly new. There was a foul smell in the bathroom at times.

This is an excellent small hotel in the very centre of the town. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful and polite. Last but not least, parking is sorted by the staff (although there is a payment to be made).

Just for one night stay if you drive through Serbia heading to another destination. Spacious, well equipped rooms, clean enough but don't expect too much since it's an old, non-renovated building. The staff however is very polite & helpful. Great views of the city from the rooms, but not near the city center and not in a walking distance to get downtown. Trip Dec' 2024.

Good food,was close to the most things in the city. Went there with School. Rooms are pretty bland but they had nice bathrooms

The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

Amazed by the service provided. We had to switch place in the middle of the night. The receptionist greed us and answered all our needs.

Perfect place to stay during a roadtrip. The owner is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and you can reach it easily from the highway. We had to leave before breakfast starts and they even provided burek and jogurt + coffee to go for us. Would definitely choose again!

We had great time there and I felt like I was at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they treat us like we are part of the family. The breakfast was amazing and tasty. The hotel looked like brand new and we were surprised to find out it was more than 7 years... I highly recommend to stay there. It was a very clean, big and spacious room. We stopped for a night rest during our 3 days journey and had a really goed sleep and rest. Breakfast was also very good!

Very pleasant experience. Friendly staff helped order in some food (pizza that wasnt great, maybe try something else). Nice rooms, clean modern look. Could use maintenance on small details (loose window sil and toilet flusher getting stuck). Free gated parking. And good breakfast with various choices and good coffee and fresh juice. Recomend

Our two-night stay at Hotel Sole in Niš, Serbia was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The employees were incredibly kind and genuinely helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Loved this small place: great location near downtown; friendly and helpful staff; nice and clean rooms; incredibly rich breakfast, both in quality and quantity. Two things I didn't like: (1) no shower curtain, the whole bathroom gets soaked when taking a shower; (2) parking is not free.

There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. It was basically unusable. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast... Nothing special... .....................

Administrators are very helpful and friendly. In case they are not at the reception, you'd find them at the restaurant which is a part of the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Prices are affordable. Keep in mind that parking is not that big, make sure to check beforehand that it would be available in case you would need it.

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.

I'd say this is the only place to stay in Niška Banja. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is truly excellent. The chicken burgers at the restaurant were surprisingly delicious. I highly recommend them.

We have a good accommodation in this hotel. The employee was very helpful and friendly especially with children. Their is many opportunities to shopping.

Location is nice, pool is small but nice as well. Food options are limited but what is available will be served fast, warm and in decent quality. It is really close to center of Niška Banja spa and all it's content so it is easy to experience all that Niška Banja has to offer.

this the second time I have stayed at the Villa, the staff are friendly and make you feel more like family. Meals are home cooked and nice. you are well taken care off and they are happy to help you out and make your stay in the local area pleasurable. J

Rooms looks very nice just as whole ambient. The bad thing is wi-fi whitch doesn’t work just as ac. Stuff is very arogant and uncomfortable. I felt really judged by their talk and looks. The room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days just as pool ( water was full of grass bugs and it was fuzzy... )

I had a wonderful stay at Bloom In. The place was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were kind and always ready to help with anything I needed. The best beds I have slept in a hostel. It is a very cozy place with a laidback vibe. I went during the slow season so not much of a social scene. The ladies who worked there are super nice and friendly. Would recommend if you are in Niš.

Extremely kind and helpful staff! let us keep our bags in the hallway well after checking out, and advised us on how to reserve bus tickets, even offering to set us up with an extra night if the buses weren’t running properly. Highly recommend, beds were also the comfiest of our whole Balkan trip
