Upon reservation I booked a parking, when we arrived there was no parking place reserved for us ( they have only 2 ), the reception guy told me to park on the street and they will take care of the parking ticket, after we left they charged me the parking 15e/day also.

After a month I got a letter from parking service with the fine, I emailed hotel and no response from them.

There was pigeon droppings on the terrace and no one had made any effort to clean it up. It was basically unusable. The service was very slow — we waited an entire hour just to be served breakfast... Nothing special... .....................

Administrators are very helpful and friendly. In case they are not at the reception, you'd find them at the restaurant which is a part of the hotel.

Rooms are nice and clean. Prices are affordable.

Keep in mind that parking is not that big, make sure to check beforehand that it would be available in case you would need it.

Awesome room! The best room I have ever stayed in! Classy, sexy, beautiful, without being tacky. Sparkly clean, smelled so nice, excellent service! Quiet and safe neighborhood, mall is 2 min walking, center is 15 min walking. Use the curtains! Absolutely amazing!

The pictures showed a clean, nice room. When we got here the room was not cleaned properly, it was dusty,you could smell smoke everywhere, there was an OUTLET in the SHOWER, the shower was moldy, tiles were missing. Honestly a catfish hotel.

The hotel is quite good, there is no one at the reception desk almost the whole time, but the people on the adjacent restaurant ( where breakfast is served) are quite helpful

Most rooms have a balcony so that's definitely a plus
And A/C is so great for Serbian summers :)

Good location, bad hotel. We stayed one night. The room was dusty and the bathroom was moldy. The window blinds were broken, so it felt like you were changing clothes for the whole street to see. The first staff person we spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. The second one we spoke with, when we checked out, was not. You get what you pay for here.

We got a large and nice room. Clean, with A/C and large TV. Could be difficult to find a parking space but for one night there was no problem. I definitely recommend it.
