The shittiest place I've visited so far. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The hallway stinks of cigarettes and the worst part is that it's impossible to get a night rest, when they organise a party. The walls are thin, so you can hear all the noise and music till the midnight at least.
3 star? More like a 1 star.

Horrible hotel experience! The only positive was the city view. I didn't get a single decent night's sleep during my three-night stay because of the noisy parties in the hotel restaurant, which the staff completely ignored. The air conditioning was broken. The rooms are tiny. There wasn't even a kettle in the room. The furniture is falling apart. The mattresses are terrible. The curtains are so thin the room stays bright all night. The lighting in the rooms must have been designed by a madman. On the first night, I spent a good five minutes trying to find the right combination of switches to turn all the lights off. The bathroom light only turns on together with the exit sign light, which illuminates the entire room at night and disturbs anyone trying to sleep. The pool is in poor condition. No one enforces the no-smoking policy inside the hotel! The elevator was out of order. All in all, this is not a three-star hotel and it's definitely not worth the money!

The Hotel advertiste new rooms but the one we stayed was defenetly not renovated in the last 25 years.
There is a new build part of the hotel which they advertise on their website and on booking but we got the old side.
The Aircon didn’t work properly, when I asked for a room change I was treated very rudely by the receptionist.
I as well asked if I could get something to eat from the restaurant for my kids dinner, again the receptionist was really rude and said that they are hosting a football team, and therefore I will not be able to get anything from the kitchen, she send me to town if we wanted food.
I really don’t recommend the stay there service and rooms need to be very much improved.
I will not stay there ever again.

The second we sat on the fold up bed it collapsed. Under it was a strangers sock. The mini fridge was rusted the walls stained. Also we heard everything that was happening in the next door rooms as. I strongly would not recommend it

Very good place to stay with good quality of breakfast. Reception is very helpful- americanac restaurant is our favour in area***Greek group***

The hotel is in a good location, even if you don't have a car you can reach it by bus from Nis city center. Sits in a mountainous part with great view. Some parts of the premises show the effect of time. When we stayed it rained and water found its way into our bathroom in the 5th floor. The breakfast was OK. The best think I'd say is how kind the staff was.

Rooms with bits of problema in the bathroom but not so Bad. Comfortable bed. Excellent service. Friendly personnel with a smile on their faces all the time.

Amazed by the service provided. We had to switch place in the middle of the night. The receptionist greed us and answered all our needs.
