Amazing staff, property and location! Terrible breakfast.

For what is advertised as a five star hotel, we werr disappointed. The staff were lovely and attentive but our breakfast was served cold on soggy bread, there was very loud drilling coming from building and our bathroom had dust over the surfaces. For a 2 night stay before flying home, it was all that we needed, but wouldn't stay again or recommend.

Lovely friendly hotel Really good stay. Hotel nice and quiet and well placed to walk to Eden Island. Lovely big room with good amenities and super big shower. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Plus even though it was overlooking the water it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport! Bonus!

Lovely hotel, but a bit out of the way Last stop on our way home. Lovely staff, nice hotel, although a bit quiet. Maybe because of the building site next door? Also a bit out of the way. A walking path to Eden Island would have been nice. But the staff really made us feel welcome.

A small cozy hotel. Suitable for spending 1-2 nights there before the regatta, not suitable for a longer vacation. There is no beach nearby. The staff is very responsive and friendly. They answer all possible questions, help with calling a taxi. The breakfast is delicious, a choice of several options on the menu.

We booked this hotel for one night just before taking the flight out of Mahé. We loved the service and hospitality here!

The apartment is spacious and modern, with beautiful natural light, and dual aspect windows in all the rooms. It is fantastically appointed and clean, which makes for a happy holiday, because everything I need is here. The rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, to help keep cool. We stayed here in October and honestly loved it. From the moment we arrived, Allison made us feel so welcome. She greeted us with cold towels (amazing after the trip!) and we even found water, juice, and fresh flowers waiting in the apartment — such a sweet touch. At first, we had the first-floor apartment, but after two days Allison offered to move us upstairs when it became free. Totally worth it...

We were a group of three friends spending our two week vacation at this lovely place on Mahe. The host and everyone involved were super friendly and welcoming - felt like home. They were always happy to help out. The apartment is spacious and has all you need (even adapters for electronic devices). All in all, we were super happy with everything. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I stayed at villa Rousseau for 5 days in April. The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us. The housekeeper was spectacular. So kind and she did such a great job keeping our spaces tidy. I would give Villa Rosia a 10 out of 10. I was recommended this place by a friend very last minute, and I have absolutely no regrets. This is a lovely hotel, would recommend to anyone going to Mahe. The room was big and clean with a great sea view. And the balcony view was amazing! If you’d like, the hotel will make you dinner on the balcony, which I highly recommend.

Villa Roscia is a very nice, small hotel near the famous and beautiful Beau Vallon beach on Mahé. Wonderful Stay at Beau Vallon Bungalows We had a great time here! The rooms are recently renovated, very clean, and serviced daily. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with eggs, tea, coffee, fresh fruit, jam, bread, and butter. The garden is absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect – just a minute’s walk from the beach. Nice little bungalow setup…clean, right across the street from the beach. Lush green setting, lots of flowering trees, etc. Our room was small, inexpensive, but for a few nights it’s all you need for a couple. Lizzy was very sweet, efficient, and helpful. well-maintained, this hotel exceeded expectations. The room is cozy, beautifully decorated. The staff is warm and professional, ensuring a seamless stay. The sea is breathtaking, with soft sand and turquoise waters. The pool area is tranquil, offering a peaceful escape.

The hotel is located in a beautiful garden, there is a restaurant nearby, breakfast is served on the veranda of your room. Birds sing and flowers grow around. The beach is close. The room is nice and clean. On Saturdays a DJ performs in a club nearby.

Run down but close to beach Extremely basic accommodations, the room needed an overhaul, lights, fixtures, tv, electric outlets, clean up at the bathroom, new toilet water bowl, a paint job, new door and more. It was actually a lot worse than a basic motel 6. Beach access was excellent though. Personel (when there) very very nice and friendly.

Now I am choosing a destination for a summer vacation and remembered how wonderfully we had a vacation last year. An incredibly cute, cozy, quiet and cool hotel. In the evening you can see flying foxes on the territory. In the morning they bring a delicious breakfast (eggs, bacon or sausages, delicious fruits and coffee) right to your small veranda.
