Waterpolo club from Rovinj mistakenly paid for the invoice and proforma invoice - they paid twice and the owner of the hotel does not want to send the money back for couple of months now. Never ever will book this hotel for anybody - they only made us as a club look bad.

Terrible e-kiosk, great example where automation failed. Owner of the hotel would like to save money on personal and decided to replace receptionist by machine. Terrible decision. Machine was broken and they were not able to manage smooth checkin. You dont want it, because it take lots of time with communication with help desk. Huge reccomendation of avoiding this place.

Title: Great hotel, friendly service

The Hotel Blue Bratislava is not near of the historic old town center but it’s really easy to get the transit and in maximum 10-15 minutes you are in the city center.
The hotel is new, modern, has a cozy and clean style and we were happy, to finally, after stay in lots of not nice and expensive places around Europe, stay in a Hotel like this, with our private bathroom and comfortable bed.
The price is really not expensive compared with all other places in Europe and a really good Breakfast was included.
The staff that works in the reception was efficient and friendly and they helped us with some tips for the city and selling the transit tickets to get to the historic old town.
We also got the transit to go direct to the Train central station to move on and start our next trip.

Grade: Eli = 5, Serge = 5
Recommend: We totally recommend it, little far from the historic old town but great price with breakfast.

Huge room, huge bathroom. Big comfortable bed. Nice staff. Free parking on the street. Private parking available for surcharge. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Location is a little bit far, but the city center can be reached easily using the tram 4.

Kedvező áron, hatalmas szobák, tágas fürdőszobával. Segítőkész személyzet. Az utcán ingyenes parkolas, de felárért privát parkoló is használható. Kicsit messze van a köponttól, de a 4-es villamossal azbis könnyen megközelíthető.

I have booked a room at Blue hotel, because i was traveling from Germany to Romania, i have made a stop at this hotel. The price was very good and the conditions of the hotel were very good. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and i had a discount of 30% for the food and drinks. Overall the price and the food were very good.
I should definitely come back.

Perhaps not an obvious city location to stay for a business or tourist visit to Bratislava. But see passed that and you'll get large comfortable accommodation at an incredible price. Local transport does connect this hotel in various ways and we reached Vienna Airport from here using a local bus to the central bus station and then a Coach to the Airport. Our sightseeing was also achieved by using many different trams and buses in different directions. The owner is very helpful.

Very good price for such a good hotel. Room we got was pretty small, but clean and quiet. Bathroom is good, but if you want to take a shower floor will be completely wet, protecting glass is constructed in a bad way.
There is a complementary bottled water in a room, tea, coffee that was good surprise for us.
Room also has furniture, TV. Internet is good and stable.
There is a restaurant in place, with breakfast option.
I didn't like Cesar there.
Location is good enough to get to the downtown via tram or bus. Stops are just next to hotel.
Very friendly personal.
