The Hotel overall is good/ok. The room itself was alright, we booked a big bed and got two individuals put together. The bathroom had a bit of mold in the drain and the door was loose missing a screw so it made it feel lower quality. The pillow was extremely thick so it made it a bit hard to sleep.
The personnel was excellent, exceptional. They were extremely nice and well mannered.
The breakfast was quite good (sausages and scrambled eggs were very very tasty) but maybe they were lacking a few more options.

The hotel is cozy and nicely decorated. The rooms are comfortable and the staff takes care of the details that you will like. Everything is neat and clean. The bathroom is large. Everything you need is available. The breakfast is delicious, varied and in a nice restaurant. It's hard not to like it. Overall, you won't regret spending your days in Bratislava here. I will definitely come back again.

Superb classic hotel ideally located for a stroll to the old town. Very friendly helpful staff. The building is lovely and the rooms are excellent. My family always stay here when they're visiting Bratislava. Highly recommended.

Apollo hotel was such a pleasant surprise for me. After experiencing multiple top tier hotels in Bratislava I must say I would return without hesitating. Best breakfast in BA hotels I have ever experienced, didn't feel crowded, the style has classic oldtime-y charm where you can find cozy private nook for work or enjoying food and drinks. Stunning view on the square was extra magical on snowy day. Rooms and premises are not newest but clean and very comfortable cozy rooms, nice warm in the winter. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing value for price, highly recommend!

I would like to share some feedback regarding the breakfast service today.
While having breakfast, I observed a situation that caused some concern. For a considerable period of time, three members of staff were standing together by the window, chatting and laughing, without attending to their duties. At the same time, two other staff members were clearly working very hard to serve the guests.
This imbalance was noticeable and, unfortunately, had an impact on the overall quality and timeliness of the service. As paying customers, we reasonably expect an appropriate level of attention and service during breakfast, which was not fully delivered on this occasion.
I would respectfully ask where the management oversight was at that time, as more effective supervision could help ensure that all staff contribute equally and that guests receive the standard of service they are paying for.
I hope this feedback is taken in a constructive spirit, as it is shared with the intention of helping to improve the service experience for future guests.

The breakfast is diverse, the restaurant is elegantly decorated, the location is relatively remote, there are no commercial activities nearby at night, and the room facilities are very good. We, a group of 15 people, liked it very much this time

I feel the location of hotel is a bit far from the center. (3-4km)
