A very disappointing experience.
There was no air conditioning in the room, which made it extremely uncomfortable during the summer. The entire place feels like an old Soviet-style dormitory — outdated renovations, a terrible mattress, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. The elevator is narrow and claustrophobic, and the breakfast was minimal and uninspiring.

It turns out this used to be a student dorm, and unfortunately, it still feels like one. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone — it was a truly unpleasant stay.

It is a nice hotel for one night. It should be cleaner, we found two bugs, but it was fine for the price we paid.

Rather rundown hotel, a former student dormitory, so quite basic. Room is large, comfortable bed, screened window, good lighting. Breakfast is OK and staff helpful.

Our room was large and newly renovated. Excellent WIFI. At the weekend there was a small hot and cold buffet for breakfast (Monday morning hot items were to order).

The rooms are attached to the hospitality college on the same site.

We walked to the main street and also got the tram that just stopped outside.

Parking space for motorcycles and cars in the hotel. Spacious room. Separate toilet from bath. Renovated rooms. Hotel facilities from the soviet era, which was the highlight! 5 minutes walk from the city center. Very clean rooms.
The only negative was the basic breakfast, but we still enjoyed it! The staff was also very helpful.

Worst experience in a hotel/hostel ever.

When I arrived the guy in reception straight away was yelling at me asking for covid test. What is actually not mandatory and it is not written in their website. I understand that we have to be really carefully with this virus and all of us should be responsible of ourselves and try to be respectful with others.

Im from a country in a red list for corona virus in Slovakia so I understand the extra actions from hotels for people from these countries. But it is not applicable for me because I am living and working in Bratislava ( Same country, and i had some documents to prove that I worked in Bratislava ) and I didnt left the country in the whole year. I had decided to go holidays inside the Slovak territory just to avoid the virus.

The guy in reception didnt let me explain myself. He was just angry asking me to leave. And to be honest, I dont mind if they dont want to host me, the problem is the angry way to do from this guy. He didnt wanna talk to me, saying that he didnt speak English but he understand everything that I said. After 5 hours train, it is not the welcome that I was waiting. If they are not going to let me stay maybe they could say it before let me going there.
Thanks god I could find something else for the same price and better location.

So If you want to deal with unpolite and unprofessional stuff and argue with them in a really annoying way, this is your place.

Awfull hotel....furniture and equipment that remember comunism and terrible breakfast...do not recommend

Lack of wifi throughout the building is a weakness. Breakfast is decent. Staff is great. Walls are thin. Not a typical hostel, so the guests are generally respectful. Guests more business, holiday, or sports oriented. Area has plenty of shops nearby, but English tends not to be spoken. A short walk from the center, where the activity is. Good value. Good for solo travelers and couples.

Very old place. Poor service. Only for people with no money

Be careful.
The entrance is on Main Street (with tram) in the parking opposite the lidl
The room is large but very old.
