I could not take a shower during the whole three-day stay in winter due to lack of warm water

The hotel is just outside the old town in a quiet area. Its in easy reach of the bus and train stations so handy for public transport. Our room was compact but had everything we needed and was very warm, useful in December. Security is excellent. Excellent value with friendly staff.

Rooms were definitely not as described when booked, the pictures are not a good representation of the hotel overall. We brought this up to the staff when we weren’t happy with our room and the manager was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was really friendly and helpful when I needed to figure out how to navigate around. There are also lots of historical sights and delicious restaurants. Only one issue with a leaking shower door but staff provided extra towels for us to deal with it.

I enjoyed my three night stay in this friendly hotel in the historic Old Town centre. It's location was very good, down a quiet side street but only a short walk to Hlavna and the Cathedral - left out the door, first left and then turn right and the cathedral is right in front of you. It's also just off the road leading to the airport so really convenient for bus no.23 which drops you 3-4 mins walk...

The room was good, but very easy, old fashioned. The bed and bathroom was really nice. Breakfast also really enjoyed, fresh bakery and more If you don't have to much expectations for a room, it is a good choice, due to the rear down town.

I stayed one night, in transit. I liked the hotel, ok price, big room, clean bathroom. I think that the floor in the rooms should be redone, there was a foil stuck that looks like a parquet. Be careful in the shower, the tiles are slippery when wet. Varied and tasty breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel for the second time, without asking and at no extra cost, they upgraded us to a suite. The rooms are very clean and the room service is excellent. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the city center of Kosice. A modest and decent breakfast and the service is great. We will return to the hotel again and highly recommend staying there.

Not a great hotel. Rooms are very dull amd like cells. Pillows are really bad which made my sleep worse. Had to get some more from reception which was also hard work. Our room was large and newly renovated. Excellent WIFI. At the weekend there was a small hot and cold buffet for breakfast (Monday morning hot items were to order). The rooms are attached to the hospitality college on the same site. We walked to the main street and also got the tram that just stopped outside.

I liked this hotel very much. However, my wife was bothered by the overuse of scent.

From the moment one walks in, you know this hotel is stylish. It was an 800 metre walk from the railway station but there is no traffic or pedestrian noise once you have your room. The trams from the station are one stop to the hotel. There are ticket machines at the station tram stop. An efficient lift was available. My single room was not cheap at 102.5 Euro per night. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The only little downside is the parking situation. You have to park around 200m away on public parking spaces and that is for all day parking 16 EUR

Nice hotel, a bit outdated and in need of an update. Some of the rooms have windows facing a really noisy street with a lot of traffic even at night. Might have been a four star at some point but that must have been quite a few years ago. My shower didn't have a shower head holder which made showering a bit uncomfortable.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and if I ever go back to Kosice, I’ll stay here again. The hotel has a fantastic location: very close to the train station and is very close to downtown. The rooms are beautiful and big. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant with delicious food and big breakfast was included in the price.
