Nice location. Our apartment was by the courtyard so was a little bit noisy in the morning, but small and lovely place

Dog friendly. Great hotel services and equipment, amazing breakfast. Free (but publicly accessible) parking across the street.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a night and it was really cozy. It was Christmas so there was even a little Christmas tree in the living room.

Well located only a couple of minutes walk from the city core.

My wife and I recently stayed at the City Residence in Kosice for the first time. We had a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The young ladies at the front desk are amazing Marietta, Alexandra, Viktoria, Emma and Pani veduca Saska , were very kind and extremely professional. When we stay in Kosice in the future we will only stay at The City Residence. Great job by all. BRAVO !!!! Thank you for a pleasant stay. Joseph, Adriana, and GiGi.

Fabulous hotel, so friendly and welcoming especially when I arrived early. Huge rooms, so well equipped. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Kosice.

Great location, right at the end of the old town (10 minutes walk from the historic center). Studio apartment was large and new. Only concern was the window in the bathroom, didn’t notice at night as it was very dark but in the morning realised there’s no blinds, just the thin white see through curtain, right across from the shower. However there are lights that turn on when people walk around so easy to tell if someone’s out there but yeah not the best that someone could see you shower.

Great service, comfortable beds
We had a lovely stay in this apartment hotel. With 3 of us, the one bedroom suite with the living room sofa bed converted (and 1 bathroom) worked well for us. Beds were so comfortable, we were offered a pillow menu too, which was helpful.
Minor issue was that the AC unit in the bedroom was not working, and while the one in the living room did work, that did not help us in our room! Luckily the weather wasn't awfully hot, so we managed with window ventilation. We did also notice a soft spot in the hallway floor between rooms, it flexed a lot which pinched bare feet, so bring slippers.
We loved the breakfast options, coffee, the fresh-squeezed orange juice. The staff were wonderful, spoke great English and were very helpful. We would recommend and stay here again.

Very nice stay. Clean, great location, very friendly staff. The AC worked great in the heat. The breakfast was amazing!

This is a nice hotel. I got a last minute room. They have a private parking area, good breakfast, and clean rooms. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much. They also had a beautiful banquet room set up for an event. It looked lovely. It close walking distance to the old town. Maximum 7 minutes walk. There is also a grocery store just next to it

I hosted a family lunch at this restaurant and was very satisfied. The food was excellent—delicious and fresh. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and the table was beautifully set. The desserts were truly tasty and homemade. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. Thank you very much for the great experience—we will definitely be happy to return. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, great location, quite close to the city centre. Rooms are quite spacious, similar to toilets, both well-equipped, comfortable and cozy. The food is excellent, though breakfast could include more variety and broader selection. Service is good, The hotel has a parking lot, as well as a kind of massage/spa facility.

The room I had had skylights rather than windows. The room shower head was very small. The bathroom smelt of urine and the whole hotel smelt of something very strange. The breakfast meat was served on a very small plate which meant there was barely any for the guests but shows low investment into the hotel. Pity.. It could have been a nice stay.

Hotel is nice and comfortable although a bit older, but It was not a problem at all. We had an apartment for newly married and it was clean, pretty and quite big. Personal is super nice and always ready to help with anything. Also, the restaurant is on high level and they have their own parking. No room for smokers.
