Travelling around i never came across to have checkout at 10am, apparently there is sign on reception which you have see yourself as nowhere else is to be found (still my mistake that I didn’t check this beforehand)
10:10 reception rings the phone that we have to leave the room at this very moment. I said to be realistic it will be 30/45 minutes as we just been woken up, answer: you have maximum 5 minutes to leave the room by screaming and that they need room for another guest by 11am.
Also didn’t see check in sooner than 2/3pm in any hotel but seems that in this place it’s all different. 1 elevator only for all floors is also another fun thing. For 100€ you can stay in much better place in Kosice without doubt

If you don't mind having a sink in the room, then it is a decent 3-star hotel to stay in.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good. It is outside the city center, but good for my business trip. The room layout was a littlw weired (see photos) and the room itself was rather small. But overall - I would stay again.

This hotel is great. It is located in a quiet area, not directly in the city centre. The room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of meals. The staff was professional, kind and always helpful. The price is also very reasonable. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

i only stayed here overnight on my way back home but it was a good, clean spot with really nice service. the placement of furniture is pretty odd but it's not a problem at all

Quite reasonable place to stay overnight. Our room was peculiar: the walls are so dark, the arrangement of furniture is odd, the bed is so comfortable but the stairs on to it are odd, getting shower demands slimness, because the manhole is so narrow, the shower itself is great, the tolet-bowl fits for purpose in toilet, but it is really odd that the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom! This all might sound negative, but it's not: worth experiencing and everything is really clean and in good condition. The tram is nearby. The coffee/tea/hot water machine infuriates everybody, it is so slooow and the queue is so looong, otherwise the breakfast is good.

The hotel is in a very good location, right on the main road. It is very convenient to go to the city or out of the city. Parking is free. There is a supermarket nearby for shopping, and the breakfast is very rich.

Extremely bad! In an industrial area, there is noise from cars and trams, and garbage is flying everywhere, 3 kilometers away from the city center. The location is extremely remote and desolate cannot be overstated. I don’t know why Ctrip chose this hotel? There are no customers at all and it seems to be going out of business. Could it be that the kickbacks given to third parties are very high?
