We stayed here at the end of November and everything from start to finish was perfect. The very friendly staff dropped us a message to advise on the very complicated parking arrangements there are in Piran, providing very straightforward instructions on what we needed to do. This was just the start, as we checked-in very easily and were over the moon with the apartment we stayed in - wonderful views, a fantastic location in the heart of a pretty town and the space itself was absolutely spotless with lots of thoughtful touches. We'd happily stay here again and would highly recommend others to do the same.

We had a wonderful stay at Vila Piranesi! The location is unbeatable – right by the sea, with the most beautiful view from the window, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a peaceful escape. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and we’d love to come back again soon!

We stayed at Villa Piranesi in March 2025 for 3 nights. The receptions, the services, the room, the town, verything was perfect. We continued to our next stop at Opatija, Croatia after the wonder stay, Thats when we found out we have left behind about 800 euro in the bedroom drawer. We called the Villa reception and Ms XXX answerd the phone. She went into our room and found the money still in the drawer. She asked if she can take 15 euro from the stache as postage and send the money to our next hotel. With no surprise we got the money from the next hptel. Ms Mase kindness and honest made our stressful vacation into a very relaxing experience. Thanks you Villa Piranesi. Thank you Ms Mase.

Excellent location, good beds, noisy, recommended
100+% meeting expectation. Good beds, room just as in pictures, very clean, excellent location, noisy at evening (as we knew in advance) but not a problem with earplugs. Will come again.

A spacious apartment in the very best location. We had a room with the sea view - wonderful! Piran is a beautiful town.

Villa Piranesi is located in the center of the city, directly next to the port. The sea and restaurants are a stone's throw away. The room was very spacious and cozy. We will definitely come back.

We stayed three nights in a Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View. The bed was very comfortable and it seems that the whole apartment has recently been renovated. Although it wasn’t specifically mentioned in the description, this apartment includes a very comfortable sofa in the living room making it a very relaxing place to stay for several days. Parking arrangements are a little bit complicated but it all worked out fine. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel very welcome.

The accommodation is very nice, you can see that here was renovated. The reception is very friendly. The accommodation is located directly on the main square. You have to park the car a little outside in a parking garage but there is a shuttle bus or with about 20 minutes walk along the promenade you are also back in the accommodation. The rooms have one bedroom. However, if you use it with 4 people, the sofa in the living room is not too comfortable. For 1-2 nights but to endure
