Beautiful homestay with Toni and his family. Very friendly and welcoming, set on a small farm in the hills behind lake bled. 5 minutes from lake bled but much more peaceful

A little old but an amazing place. You live on a farm with the owners however dont smell the animals, the rooms have great views and most importantly the owner is extremely nice and helpful. To top it off the rooms are priced very well! The only slight problem is that it is close to a church that you will hear if you have your door/window open.

Stayed 3 nights in this farm & I would recommand this place and come back if I have the occasion. Room were clean and equipped enough (bathroom, wifi). Toni and his family provided top service (breakfast, eggs/milk from the farm). We also got good advices to visit the area, as Toni can speak mulitple languages (Slovenian, German, English, and so on...)
Lake Bled is reasonably close: 5 min by car, 40min by foot and didn't try by bike/bus. A cute place for a pleasant stay!

The host is really kind. Bled lake is on few minutes with car. The place is exactly what you see on photos.

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful days on this farm and certainly will return. From the moment we arrived we were surrounded by smiles, friendliness and excellent hospitality ( the first smile was the grannie's, a very friendly and sweet lady). There are no language barriers because English, German, Italian and Russian are all spoken on the farm by one or another member of the family. The teenage sons speak fluent English! All the members of the family were available at all times giving information of the area, where to eat, what to visit and what roads to take.
The breakfast is delicious and abundant! We had fresh bread, homemade cakes, homemade jam made from the grapes and fruit on the farm, local honey, the dairy products (ricotta, cheese, butter and milk) were from the milk of the cows on the farm, fresh eggs from the chickens, fresh picked tomatoes and cucumbers and of course coffee and tea were abundantly available. The breakfast is served on the large balcony overlooking the pear trees, grapevines, garden and pasture area where the cows grazed alongside a cute little donkey.
The farm is situated not far from Bled in the countryside in a small village with very friendly people and beautiful homes. In front of the farm across the street is the church and the toll of the bells gave a very pleasant and relaxing tone to the day.
The room had a comfortable double bed, private bath in the room and lovely balcony with a view of the mountains and the farm. There is an electric teapot and fridge in the room and cups, glasses andplates available. A very clean and welcoming room and home.
There are chickens and a bossy rooster roaming around happily in the grass making sure the farm peacefulness is enjoyed by all guests.
We will return to this wonderful farm and friendly family and we reccomend you visiting too.
Bled is beautiful and there is a lot to see and enjoy not only the sights but also the food and the wine to savour!

Fine breakfast, good prices and service.

The view from the balcony was amazing, the apartment/room was clean, had everything we needed and most importantly breakfast was excellent. The host is super friendly and speaks both german and english. Had a great stay, I'd definitely recommend this place.
