This was just okay for the price. Our lake front room was above a club so music was loud until the early hours. Room was also very hot with AC not working. Disappointed with the room in general considering how much we paid

Hotel is big, nice and very close to Lake Bled. They offer free parking, staff at the entrance gate will greeting there and helping you find the parking spot. Room is comfy. Breakfast is good quality with many choices.

Disappointed… Only selling point of this hotel, is if you pay extra for the room facing the lake. Honeymoon not acknowledged as mentioned by others. Service was subpar or even bad, nasty waiters during breakfast buffet. Hotel room was mediocre, and do note all other facilities requires additional payment.

The hotel is located by Lake Bled, offering beautiful views and good service. Our room faced the park, which was very quiet, and the breakfast restaurant had stunning lake views.

The location was good. A 5-minute walk takes you to the lake. Nice and close to everything. The service was also good. Only the bathroom wasn't very clean and was a bit dated.

The reviews are almost entirely negative. After booking just a few hours ago, I became increasingly worried, but the hotel absolutely refuses to refund my money, claiming the duty manager wasn't there and they didn't have the authority. Does that mean they have the authority to collect money? Unbelievable. For the same price, I could have stayed in a much better place.

The hotel facilities are too old and can't be seen in the pictures before booking. The rooms are also small and the shower room is too basic. There is basically nothing to eat for breakfast, which does not match the price.

The price is a bit high, but overall it's good. It's about a 5-minute walk from the lake. I chose a lake view room, but unfortunately I only stayed in the middle and lower floors of the 4th floor, but I could still see part of the lake view. The breakfast was quite rich with many choices.

We did not make a reservation for wanting a chance to see the facility in person before a decision.  Our encounter with the receptionist, Miss Gloria, was quite impressive.  We felt that she was always looking out for the customers’ best interests.  She was also quite patient with us by providing some interest points to visit.  We enjoyed our stay so much to the extent that we had extended our stay

Although staying in Bled is more expensive than you would expect, when compared to other hotels in the area Hotel Lovec is overpriced for the state of room you get. We had to change rooms because our inital room hadn't been cleaned to a level that would be reasonably expected. The new room was a twin. One of the beds was ok but the other was clearly very old as the centre of it had started to collapse...

The stunning view from the open window made it all worth the ticket price. The only downside was how cold it was with the window open! But it's a highly recommended hotel, so I'm sharing it with you all.

This historic property is one of the best places I've visited recently. The views of Lake Bled are breathtaking, breakfast is fantastic, and the pool is so relaxing.

Walked up to Cafe Belvedere to try the local Bled cream cake and admire the views of beautiful Lake Bled and Bled Island. I found this hotel amusing and fascinating. It seems as if it is frozen in time from the socialist era when it was President Tito’s summer residence. Furnishings and linens all spotless. Ditto sparkling clean bathroom. Food was high quality and well prepared. Nice private sauna (book ahead). And not to overlook - the incredible views from the hotel site on the edge of the Lake.

Experience was great, location is amazing and everything was clean and on spot. Rooms are nicely done, and also it comes with Netflix in couple of languages which was surprising (with no extra cost). Wonderfull 4 night stay near lake Bled. This was a perfect place to do some activities near lake Bled without being in the crowded center. This is a beautiful place in the woods, there is a path trough the fields to get to bled (30mins walk) We've stayed in one of the bungalows which has an own BBQ and kitchen. We booked the deluxe(+20€) room option through booking.com, but you cant pay through booking.com. SO when you get your room, you need to pay. SO our keys were ready, we entered our room. It looked fine. Later she called US we would get a different room because we booked deluxe... We switched rooms and got a room at the busy Street-side, with no warm sheets, A hard bed, no difference in luxery whatsoever...

Hotel staff very friendly, rooms a bit older but always clean! Very tasty breakfasts! If you get lucky (like we did) and get the room with the lake/caste view, it's absolutely amazing! If you are not all about luxury I definitely recommend a stay in this hotel :)

I've loved my time at the hotel. The room is very simple the bed wasn't super comfortable and breakfast was pretty average but the view from my room! My goodness, breathtaking! The staff are really lovely too. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the breakfast.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The location was very good, near to the lake. Our room was on the 5. floor. We weren't satisfied with it. It was clean, but it had a very oldfashion style, with old, used furniture and bathroom. We heard the wind every night. The breakfast was poor too. It was so simply, and we had to wait for something f.e. new plates. The lift was very slow too.

This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel just away from the scenic views of Lake Bled. It's well worth your stay. They provide a lovely breakfast too. On the night that we stayed, there was quite a dramatic thunderstorm that light up the surrounding hills and kept us awake for a while but certainly no fault of the hotel :-) We enjoyed the thunderstorm on our balcony which every room seemed to have.

Beautiful hotel, good location away from main area but close enough to walk. Hotel staff was very kind and attentive. Breakfast was amazing and hotel restaurant was also fantastic!

Very affordable place that's 15 minutes walking distance from lake Bled. Clean rooms and great staff. Only bad thing I can think of is that you can hear everything through the walls and floorboards, we were woken up very early by kids slamming doors. A communal kitchen is a big plus.

We had a delightful stay at Mangart. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There was bread in the morning and sometimes even pastries + eggs. The accomondation was fine and in good enough shape for a hostel. The only negative thing was, that the towels were a bit moist when we arrived.

Only stayed here for 2 nights but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff that run the hostel are extremely friendly and chatty which makes the hostel very homely. Our room was full so there wasn't much space for our things and no safe for our valuables. The hostel is in a good location with amazing views of the mountains and only a 10/15 minute walk to the lake.
