A lot of negatives: Rude staff. Slow checkin. Asked for quiet room on higher floor - got a floor with the whole football team (yelling in the corridors & playing loud music) My room was next to two “massage rooms” for those sportsmen. And overlooking the parking lot. It was small and toilet stinky. AC not user friendly (no temperature visible). Door handle broken - door can only be slammed shut....

Beautiful place right in front of the lake. The breakfast has varieties and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They fixed our rented bikes and took of the charge as it interrupted our trip(that’s kind of them). Overall I would recommend it to everyone and will stay there again.

The hotel location is very good and convenient to the lake and scenic sites. However, the access to hotel parking was blocked recently and no sign to instruct customers how to drive there. The hotel restaurant is closed too early as 9:30pm, which gave us inconvenience to find out other nearby restaurants.

Its was a nice hotel by the lake, very comvenient. The breakfast is good, rooms are clean. If u want to see the lake, u should get the rooms facing the lakes. We had amazing time. It was beyond expectations. The hall was beautifully decorated and the menu was delicious, staff very friendly and program very diverse and it was designed for all generations. A nice, alpine-style hotel a few kilometers from Bled. Excellent if you like biking and sports. Great to get away from the huge crowds in town. Rooms were pleasant and clean and breakfast very good. The only thing we would have wished for was a place to go for a swim - the pool is only for the glampers. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

CLEAN PARKING FEE IS EXPENSIVE

This a unique hotel! We stayed in one of the cute cabins and it was great. It was furnished well and very clean. We made use of the lovely hot tub on our porch. The cabin is very small but so rustic with an element of newness. It was warm and cozy on a cold November night! The employees were professional and helpful. Dinner and Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is conveniently located, within a 5-minute walk to the lake and the bus station. There is a shopping mall next to it, many restaurants and a supermarket. The room terrace has a beautiful lake view.

Been to dozens of golf venues in Europe, this is the best. Amazing scenery, Michelin star quality food, 5 star accommodation. Staff friendly, attentive and super efficient. Golf course immaculate, beautifully laid out and a great test of your all round game. Can't wait to go back.

A stunning, world class course! I just wrapped-up a one-week package (played 14 rounds) and I am thoroughly impressed with the course, hotel, restaurant, and staff. The course is expertly maintained from tee box to green. The views are stunning from every hole. Not an easy course: several very long par fours and challenging greens and pin placements. I've loved my time at the hotel. The room is very simple the bed wasn't super comfortable and breakfast was pretty average but the view from my room! My goodness, breathtaking! The staff are really lovely too. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the breakfast.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The location was very good, near to the lake. Our room was on the 5. floor. We weren't satisfied with it. It was clean, but it had a very oldfashion style, with old, used furniture and bathroom. We heard the wind every night. The breakfast was poor too. It was so simply, and we had to wait for something f.e. new plates. The lift was very slow too.

This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel just away from the scenic views of Lake Bled. It's well worth your stay. They provide a lovely breakfast too. On the night that we stayed, there was quite a dramatic thunderstorm that light up the surrounding hills and kept us awake for a while but certainly no fault of the hotel :-) We enjoyed the thunderstorm on our balcony which every room seemed to have.

Nice hotel with serene views! Very nice stay here if you want to stay away from the city center and noises and distractions. Its a taxi ride of 7 minutes to city center or a long walk there. The hotel facilities are too old and can't be seen in the pictures before booking. The rooms are also small and the shower room is too basic. There is basically nothing to eat for breakfast, which does not match the price.

I found this hotel amusing and fascinating. It seems as if it is frozen in time from the socialist era when it was President Tito’s summer residence. Furnishings and linens all spotless. The staff here are lovely and helpful, willing to do early check ins. Parking on site is very useful, since the hotel is very close to the center of activities, the lake, and is reasonably priced for the location. One caveat: the family room was awful cramped and hard to spend much time in. But what does that matter? You should be outside anyways.

It looked fine. Later she called US we would get a different room because we booked deluxe...
