Incheon, 208, Yeongjonghaeannam-ro 321beon-gil 🧭 Map
Facilities: Simple
Cleanliness: Clean
The shuttle bus was very convenient, and the doorman was very nice.
Downsides: It's a bit of a walk to CU and a little far from the subway station.
Overall, a good experience.
The airport shuttle runs every half hour, which is very convenient!
Excellent choice for attending performances in Incheon, great value for money, and the breakfast offers a wide selection. I arrived for a music festival and they even let me check in around 11 AM. Toothbrushes needed to be purchased separately, but they waived the fee at checkout.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast selection was decent, though there is some room for improvement.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the hotel is suitable for future visits.
Grand lobby and the shuttle bus to Terminal 1 airport is nice. However, I think is time to renovate the room.
Stayed here for the Incheon Music Festival. The location is excellent, and it's close to the airport. The hotel also offers a fantastic free shuttle service. The rooms are quite spacious. I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Incheon!

Paradise city is the perfect hotel if you’d like to be near the airport and entertained. The hotel offers plenty to do with multiple options of restaurants and bars, a ****** as well as other amenities. Cimer is located at the hotel and can be used for an extra fee. The food was exquisite and the service was great!
The lobby is okay, but honestly, the room quality is a bit disappointing for a 5-star hotel; it feels a bit overrated. The service was just average. After checking in, no staff helped us with our luggage or showed us to the elevator.
Paradse city Hotel is not expensive for the hyatt hotel, very nice service.
there was Very nice, will come again. near Airport and more attractions
The jjimjilbang and spa is called Cimer, just like in Korean dramas. Highly recommend it! It felt like a lot of local Koreans were there. Our hotel room booking included Cimer access, so I didn't pay close attention to the exact cost. But even if there's a charge, it's definitely worth experiencing. The hotel also has art exhibitions.
The room was spacious and the facilities were new. It was super convenient for getting to the airport, and the shuttle bus driver provided excellent service. The hotel itself is huge, with endless entertainment at the playground, and a wide variety of delicious dining options. I'll definitely be back next time, highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel staff were very friendly and hotel has lots of family friendly facilities, game room, kids motor car driving (kids club) and many other etc. it’s right next to many famous restaurants, beach and even popular night market. Facilities were a little aged, but the cleanliness and hospitality is still remains. Thanks for giving us very good time while we were in Busan.
Hotel very nice. Especially swimming pool. Food also delicious. Mini bar in the room is reasonable price like u walk to buy from mini mart.
The Paradise Hotel in Busan boasts an excellent location, spacious and tidy rooms, and professional, attentive service. The spa facilities are top-notch with expansive views, offering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
This hotel has a resort with a ******. It is well-known for its outdoor spa. It is a mimic of onsen in Japan. It is quite crowded during peak hours.
Guest room is a typical hotel room. It has balcony. Bed is very comfortable. However, there is no toothbrush and other disposable amenities available. Toothbrush and toothpaste are available with fee.
Check in process is straightforward but can be long...
The hot spring is very relaxing, and it's close to the beach. It's great for kids, especially being able to soak in the hot spring while overlooking the ocean from the pool. It's very pleasant and perfect for an autumn visit.
A great location, but the building was too old and outdated for the price.

The location is super convenient! Olive Young is right outside, and Lotte Department Store is in the same building. It's also easy to get to Seomyeon from here.
Facilities: A very nice hotel with excellent service and staff who are very cooperative and articulate.
Cleanliness: Traditionally clean, very satisfied.
Environment: A benchmark for five-star hotels.
Service: Top-notch service.
All good. However, if the gym is 24/7, it could be nicer.
Nice day and night view~
This established five-star hotel lives up to its reputation with excellent service and facilities. The location is incredibly convenient; Lotte Department Store is right downstairs, and Seomyeon Station is just a few minutes' walk away.
Great location with convenient transportation. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with excellent bedding. Facilities were comprehensive and well-maintained. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, responding promptly to all requests. Food quality was consistently good. Overall, it offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at the Grand Hyatt. It was the perfect place for a relaxing yet invigorating reset before a two-week trip around Korea. The hotel is well situated for those who do not mind a bit of effort: Namsan Park is nearby if you are in the mood for a refreshing but fairly challenging hike, and Itaewon and Hannam are close enough for culture, dining, and a livelier atmosphere...
The location is a bit out of the way, about 4 kilometers from Myeongdong and Bukchon Hanok Village. It's close to Namsan Park, but the main issue is that there are no shops or restaurants nearby, making it quite isolated.
Grand Hyatt Seoul: Classic Luxury with Breathtaking Views
A classic luxury hotel offering spectacular city views and extensive facilities, but with some considerations regarding its location and age.
🏨 Location & Ambiance
Situated atop Namsan Mountain, the hotel provides stunning panoramic views of Seoul. While offering a peaceful, retreat-like atmosphere, it’s on a hillside, which means walking to...
The Grand Hyatt, being an established brand, definitely delivers on quality and service. All the staff speak excellent English, so communication was a breeze, and their service attitude was wonderful. The only drawback is the small room size, which seems to be a common issue in Seoul. Also, there were too many people taking photos in the lobby, making it quite noisy. On the plus side, room service...
Understanding there is undergoing renovation for the breakfast venue but it’s ridiculous to wait for 30 mins for breakfast. The hotel can choose not to take so many bookings under the circumstances or to let the guests
Choose to have breakfast in room.
The environment is great, and the hotel service is good, but the toilet isn't up to par.

The hotel is located right above a bustling commercial area with COEX and Hyundai Department Store, plus there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly, and we were able to add an extra bed for a fee, which was great for our family so we didn't feel too cramped.
The hotel's location is super convenient. The airport shuttle stops right outside, and the basement has tons of restaurants and cafes. Shopping is a breeze too, with specialty stores and direct access to Hyundai Department Store, plus a subway station and the city terminal. The room size is average, and there was a bit of a renovation smell. The bed was pretty comfortable, but early in the morning...
Excellent location! Right below COEX and the subway station. The only downside is that most dining options in Gangnam are inside malls, with very few standalone restaurants on the streets.
Typical 5-star hotel setup. Some rooms were a bit small, but after requesting a change, the new room was much better and the temperature was very comfortable. I also received Olive vouchers, which was a nice bonus.
The hotel room is clean and the price is reasonable. The staff are nice. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby, which is convenient. I would definitely recommend it to others.
The service was great, and the subway entrance is right downstairs, which makes getting around super convenient. The only downside is that the room felt a bit small, even smaller than what was stated.

Not as luxury as advertised on booking site but still affordable and quite convenient from stations
This is definitely the right choice for business travel! The hotel has a dedicated business center, and printing documents and connecting to Wi-Fi were seamless. The desk and chair in the room are spacious, and the lighting is perfect for working. There are several chain restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about finding food even if you work late. They also offered a late check-out service...
The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was better than I expected. The front desk staff were also very helpful, and there were no issues communicating in English.
We booked different room types for our two-night stay; the first night was a double room, and the second was a twin room. The room amenities felt a bit dated, and the vanity in the twin room was particularly low. Despite the advertised 'Chinese guest courtesy,' I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk during either of my check-ins. We had to rely entirely on gestures!
Pros:...
Check-in is strictly after 3 PM, which differs from many hotels in China where early check-in is often possible if a room is ready. The hotel's facilities are quite dated; you can tell it was once a good hotel, but the amenities no longer keep up with modern standards. However, its location in Busan's old town is excellent. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to Lotte Department Store and 1.6 kilometers...
The Deluxe twin room is spacious. Not at all tight for 2 people with 2 big and 2 small luggage. Has all necessary amenities in the room. Only 2 bottles of water a day, but there is free water dispenser available in some floors. I there are 2 cups and 2 glass at the bathroom’s sink. Should add 2 more glassed and place with the cups for cold drink. There are new slippers and towels every day.

Facilities: All quite new, very good.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The hallway had a slight renovation smell. The location is excellent, right next to COEX.
Service: The staff's English was very good, but they didn't surprise us. We had noted it was our anniversary. Hope for more thoughtful service next time.
The location is convenient, and the concierge service upon exiting the hotel was decent. However, there was hardly any other service; they even started charging for toothbrushes. For a hotel costing over 2,000 a night, you'd think they wouldn't nickel and dime guests over something so small.
Overall clean hotel located right next to the Starfield Coex Mall which makes it super convenient. It's in the Gangnam area so take note of the time it takes and traffic to get across the Hangang to access other more local neighbourhoods like Seongsu and Hannam.
Location : Excellent

Great stay - the experience felt super luxurious and the service from staff was wonderful.
The hotel design is beautiful, easy access to coex starfield mall & direct access to the subway. We went during Christmas time so it felt extra festive!

Nice room. Near to Busan station. Comfortable stay.
The breakfast place isn't Comfortable though. Feels like a food court/ fast food restaurant. There are so many people and you have to fight for a seat. Also, you are supposed to put things back to tray. Staff dont clean frequently so the tables are always dirty.
There were stains on the toilet seat, but the location is genuinely great, right in front of the bus stop.
1️⃣ The nearest subway station, Central Station, is only about a ten-minute walk away. If you take Exit 13, there's an elevator, then you just walk straight and cross one traffic light to reach the hotel. Exit 12 also has an elevator; walk straight from there and cross the street to get to the hotel. Please note, Exits 14, 15, and 17 are stairs!

This hotel is very close to Busan Station, just a ten-minute walk away. There's also a subway and bus station nearby, making transportation very convenient. Only the single rooms offer a harbor view; the twin rooms all face the city or mountains. The breakfast is good, but it gets very crowded, so you might have to wait a long time for the elevator in the morning. Toyoko Inn is quite environmentally...
Since accommodations around Busan Station were fully booked, I reluctantly chose this place near Jungang Station. The shuttle bus service, which was originally offered, is no longer available, so I had to walk to Busan Station. The room and breakfast were the standard Toyoko Inn offerings, just as I expected. Aside from the bit of a walk, there's really nothing else to complain about.
Everything was awesome for a New Year 2026 celebration at Toyoko-Inn Busan Jungang Station Hotel. Thumbs up for the Jap style sumptuous breakfast 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is very quiet and safe, with great amenities nearby. There's a fantastic selection of food, entertainment, and even cherry blossoms. Plus, it's close to the subway station and the airport bus stop. I'd definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!
The hotel's location is great, right next to a mall, across from a food street, and there's a Starbucks and CU downstairs. However, the room was really small for the price during peak season (._.)
Great hotel! The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the front desk lady—she was so kind and helpful. Also, the room was very clean and fresh. It’s rare to find such a combination of great hospitality and high hygiene standards. Will definitely come back!
Room is too small for 2 honestly, it was hard to navigate around the room and we had to take turns moving around the corner. Location isn’t the best also it was just far from anywhere. Airport bus is nearby, very close to the metro station line 4. And it just takes 2 to 3 stations to go to Seoul station by bus.
There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel.
Our stay at The Grand Hotel Myeongdong was fantastic, thanks to its unbeatable location right by the train station and surrounded by endless shops and eateries. We could easily stay out late for shopping sprees and late-night snacks without any hassle getting back.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm and friendly throughout our visit. Highly recommend for anyone exploring Myeongdong
We took the ‘standard room’. It was an absolutely tiny room, so small I couldn’t walk around the bed but had to scramble over it instead - see photo. Overall it's a good hotel to relax in, and being located in the hills gives it a different feel. However, if I had to pick a downside, it would be that it's bit crowded. Aside from that, the prices are reasonable and the satisfaction level is high.
Can’t expect anything lesser of a 5 star hotel but strangely, the bathroom, which houses both the bathtub and toilrt bowl, is rather cramped and is lacking a dry clothings hanging area
My reservation was for a MOUNTAIN VIEW but lo and behold the view is more of a rooftop / compressor view

The Shilla Seoul is truly a comfortable hotel. From its overall style to its architecture, everything is incredibly refined. It has a very 'old money' vibe but still feels incredibly welcoming and personable. This will definitely be my go-to hotel for my next visit to Seoul.
Extremely satisfied with this hotel! Everything was great, especially the breakfast!
Hygiene: Stayed for three nights, and the cleaning was excellent every day.
Environment: The environment is quite good, though the hillside location makes transportation a bit inconvenient. Luckily, the hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from the subway station, which makes up for this issue.
Service: The service was good. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home.
The room was very clean and the environment was decent. It was a bit cold at night this time of year. They don't provide toothbrushes or razors; you have to pay for them, which would have been good to know when booking. This is my second stay, and everything else was pretty good.
The Shilla Hotel exudes a calm and understated elegance, with a discreet sense of order and sophistication that hints at its prestigious background. The service is unobtrusive yet exceptionally attentive, and every space and detail reflects a rich history and quiet confidence. It makes for a very reassuring and substantial stay.
This is my second stay at The Shilla, and once again, I had a fantastic experience. I'll definitely choose The Shilla again next time I visit Seoul!

The room was very spacious, definitely larger than what you'd typically find in other hotels! I have to mention the bathhouse in Busan – it's nowhere near as good as those in Shenyang. The surrounding area is relatively quiet with limited amenities nearby. However, it is conveniently located about 10–15 minutes away from both Lotte Mart and Nampo Station, making it easy to access...
The room was great! You could see the duty-free shop right from the large window in the room. At night, there was a local night market downstairs, just like those tented stalls you see in K-dramas – it was really cool!
The room is spacious and very clean!! Separate toilet and shower is a highlight. The hotel design and deco is stunning . The view is beautiful. Next door is e-mart so convenient.
