Service throughout the hotel was professional and warm, from check-in to housekeeping. Staff were attentive and efficient, always ready to help with requests. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming.
A great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, whether for leisure or business.
The frontline staff is extremely helpful.
However, some of the requests (to check in slightly earlier, room to be located on higher level) are not entertained by the hotel. The hotel management could be more flexible.
