Terrible! The pictures and text don't match, and the details don't have the rights they deserve!
1️⃣ I went there because of the pick-up service. Whether I quickly searched for it on Ctrip or the product details, it all mentioned free pick-up (you just need to book it a day in advance). I booked it on a whim, booking on Friday for a Saturday check-in. I figured since I wouldn't be able to book the pick-up, I'd book the drop-off service when I checked in. But then I was told it wasn't available, and that's what I went there for.
2️⃣ The environment was terrible. There wasn't even heating, only an electric blanket. Korean winters are 2-5 degrees Celsius at night. The windows wouldn't close properly. The air conditioner remote was missing and was stuck. I only had an electric blanket, and it was hot and cold, making it impossible to sleep.
3️⃣ I booked a bed for two people, but there was only one set of toiletries. I suspect the supplier split up a single bed and sold it as a double.

What I couldn't accept most was the lack of airport transfers. It was a complete scam. It was outrageous. I had to pay for a taxi to the airport myself. This hotel isn't the best choice in terms of environment or location. If it didn't offer airport transfers, I wouldn't have chosen it!
