The shower door leaked a bit (water pooled outside after showering), and since the room wasn't very big, this was a minor inconvenience.
Aside from that, everything else exceeded my expectations! The photos on the booking page actually do this hotel a disservice; the service and hotel environment are easily 5-star standard!!

I was so looking forward to stay with Mondrian but was truly disappointed.
First of all, the room is very dusty, it triggered my allergic reaction and can’t sleep well at night.
Secondly, the room is so hot! It was so hot that it woke me up in the middle of the night, I had no choice but to call the service counter to see if they could fix my aircon, and I was told that because it’s winder and so they dis not turn on the aircon for all the rooms. The only solution from time is to offer me fan and open the window.
Thirdly, the lift takes really long time to come. I wasn’t the only customer who complained about this, but happen to be waiting with other group and they complain about the same thing as well. There was once I had to carry my luggage down the stairs because the lift is taking forever to come and we were rushing.
Last but not least, they did not top up my coffee capsules! There are no complementary snacks upon check in as well, certainly do not expect this from a 5 stars hotel.

The room was even smaller than a typical 7 Days Inn in China, and the soundproofing was terrible. Plus, the transportation wasn't convenient. I was totally misled by the platform. The 5-star rating must have been given by Ctrip. In reality, it's a 3-star hotel. There wasn't even any drinking water. Absolutely the worst experience.

Nice hotel close to Itaewon, although rooms are really small and not as well thought out as other 5 star hotels. Altitude lounge and pool were closed for the winter season and no air conditioning in the room (only heat) which meant we needed to sleep with windows open. Decent breakfast selection.

Very kind staff with most of them speaking english. Stayed there couple of times and the rooms are nice here. I once had a distinct bad smell in my room but staff were kind enough to quickly change it.

I was told I was unable to control the air-conditioning as it is a central unit. As such, to cool down the room, I had to open the windows. There are constructions happening outside hence noise travels in if the windows are open. Shower rwater leaks into the room - utter design failure. Honestly, better off somrwhere else.

The room itself isn't very big, but the location is great; it's convenient to get anywhere by taxi. The service was decent. There's a coffee shop right next to the lobby on the first floor, but the music there is quite loud. The air conditioning in the room was also a bit noisy. Overall, it's a good budget-friendly option.

Very beautiful hotel. Greeted by staffs who helped open the car door, and get your bags and luggage to the check in counter every day!
Only bummer was at check out timing is 11am, we tried asking for later check out timing during check-in and was told hotel is full. Managed to get a late check out of 12pm when we tried again the night before leaving the hotel.
Hotel has a little mall,a coffee bean, CU, some expensive restaurants. It also has a sauna (30K won per pax), 1 hot and cold tub and one sauna room.
Room amenities can be requested via the web app in your room. Rooms were very modern, however Water from the shower does flood the dry toilet area a little. Generally a great stay.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. We really enjoy the room, the facilities and the good service provided by the staff. Definitely recommended

The hotel is big and beautiful, full of services and a great taste in design.
However, there’s too little staff compared to the space and the guests.
Check-in line is very long, the waiting for your luggage to be delivered and picked up is longer than the average. Also, they do not provide a room where guests that check out could get changed/shower before going to the airport.
Rooms are a little narrow and the bathroom not specially comfortable.
The rooftop though is amazing :)

Everything! From the great Cleo restaurant to the Indoor pool. Great staff and great atmosphere. Always clean and very Cozy. I did not want to leave.
