Huge thanks to Penny Wu, Chad, and Johan for their amazing hospitality! Despite the language barrier, Penny helped translate and coordinate our room details, making us feel right at home, just as if we were in our own country. Chad's translation skills were incredibly professional and detailed, and he was very charming too! He and Johan even helped us buy souvenirs. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were all warm, patient, and attentive. I'll definitely be booking this hotel again next time!

Overall, its good services are good. Two of us tried the Chinese Guangdong food restaurant. Honestly, not authentic and too much salt or MSG. Very thirsty whole night. The bill for 2 eaters is same as one night's room rate. For the quality of foods served it's not worth it.

Both the cleanliness and service made my family and me very happy during our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants inside, so you don't have to worry about not finding food during holidays.

This Four Seasons has a pretty good location, but the property itself feels a bit dated. Breakfast is served in the basement, and the dim lighting there didn't create a great ambiance. When I ordered coffee, the server simply brought me a whole pot to pour myself. I was like, 'Are you kidding me?!' The beds in the room were a bit small and couldn't be pushed together, but since we were determined not to stay in the Jiangnan area, we just had to make do. The hairdryer in the room was absolutely terrible – you'd think a five-star hotel would have Dyson as standard by now, wouldn't you? And for four of us, they consistently only provided two hand towels 🙄. The only silver lining was the transfer driver, Jadon. Big thumbs up to him! 👍🏻 Oh, and the window writing service and the resident dog were also nice touches, which is why I still gave it 4 stars.

Our stay at the Four Seasons was wonderfully comfortable. The room truly felt like a home away from home. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, and the amenities were both luxurious and peaceful. Its prime location in the heart of Seoul also offers excellent connectivity.

I've made it a tradition to celebrate my birthday every year by staying at a good hotel. The Four Seasons in Seoul is definitely a top-tier choice. The front desk staff spoke good English, so communication during check-in was seamless. The bellboy who brought our luggage to the room was tall and quite handsome. Room service generally met my expectations. The Four Seasons consistently delivers that familiar, high-quality experience. Even the gift bags were made in China, which was an interesting detail. The hotel's location was also excellent.

I had an incredible stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. The service was exceptional, with a special mention to Jenna, I met the first day with 6 hours flight delay who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The housekeeping team was equally outstanding, ensuring my room was always spotless and adding thoughtful touches that enhanced my stay (Thank you for the yummy chocolate pastries and eye masks). The hotel’s facilities, location, and overall atmosphere were flawless, truly embodying luxury and comfort.
The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit softer than I prefer. However, this didn’t detract from the amazing experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seoul!

The two ladies there are incredibly friendly and especially attentive to children. The Korean beef and pork are truly delicious, and the kimchi, along with the slightly spicy mushroom soup, is fantastic. It’s even better than the Michelin one-star BBQ beef restaurant I visited the next day in Gangnam.

Good place for Korean food, seems to be a popular place for Business Lunch. Good for groups as it gives you some privacy as you can have individual rooms for your group.
