Juan E Hotel in Incheon

Accommodation Name: Juan E Hotel (changed to Day&Night Hotel!!!!!!!)

I arrived at Incheon Airport at 9 PM on a late flight. I went to the hotel according to the booking address, but upon arrival, I couldn't find the exterior and sign that matched the photos on the platform. I was actually already at the hotel entrance, but because the appearance and name differed from the booking information, I had to take an Uber to try and find it.

I am very grateful to the driver. Despite the language barrier, he patiently helped me confirm the address and phone number, and even helped me dial the number (which turned out to be disconnected!!!). With the driver's assistance, we searched the surrounding area, eventually asking at the counter at the address, and finally discovered that the hotel was indeed the "Juan E Hotel" I had booked, only the name and appearance had changed many years ago.

While searching for the hotel, I also reported the situation to Trip customer service. The information they provided was still incorrect, but they eventually took action, inquired about my check-in, and even doubled my compensation for the extra transportation costs.

The air freshener smelled pungent throughout the accommodation. The room was average. The location is convenient; it's about 4 kilometers by taxi to Wenhe Stadium. It's close to bus stops and MRT stations Zhuan and Civic Park.

I suggest Trip.com update the hotel's exterior photos and name information as soon as possible. It's ridiculous that travelers can't find the hotel now.

Back in Taiwan, I found that other platforms also showed the same old name and photos of the hotel.

The owner is kind. He upgraded the room, and the check-in time was quick and the check-out time was slow. I don't know about the other rooms, but the room I stayed in smelled strongly of cigarettes, the bathroom door didn't close, and the bed sheets were dirty. I couldn't sleep at all, so I checked out in the middle of the night.
