The room's location is great, making it convenient to get around, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the service was quite ordinary. I remember the front desk staff insisting I use the self-check-in kiosk, which left a really bad impression.

got the corner room, it was a bit noisy with traffic noise, apart from that the hotel has automatic check in and there is no interaction with guest so everything is quite basic but clean

It was a pleasure to visit Seoul again for an event at COEX. Staying in the same hotel felt familiar, and being used to the area made it easy to find great food around.

Match for business travelers and delegations, close to COEX exhibition hall and subway station. The room was cozy and clean with big window. Breakfast is poor but Starbucks is near by)

- 1 min walk to convenient store
- 1 min walk to Olive Young,
- 5 mins walk to Coex Mall (you can find everything inside the mall

Service: ❤️❤️❤️❤️
- Provide a kiosk for self check-in and check-out
- Staff are helpful to do luggage storage or information

Price: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
- The price vary to the travel season
- In general i think the price is worth it (nice service, excellent location, reasonable price)
- especially nice to Kpop fans ~ (only 20 mins metro to KSPO Dome

We have a queen bed corner room at the 18th floor with nice view all around. The room is clean but the detergent they used has a rather pungent smell. There is no bed side lights, no kettle, no drawers for unpacking. The closet is small for a two-person room. This is the first time I see housekeeping using bedding with holes (see photo). The location is good with subway and bus stop just outside the entrance.

Very classical value for money accommodation. Its located 3 minutes walk to coex. The only problem was the bathroom water leakage, guess that was we are unlucky
