+ The well-placed hotel, there is a direct Airport Shuttle to the hotel (just about an hour). You can get back to the airport in one and half hours (both estimations are without traffic jams). There are several subway stations in the vicinity of the hotel, as well as quite many sights. Dayly clening in the rooms and refreching compliment botthles of water. Of course, there is a fridge in the room. Breakfast is good enough.
- May be I'm mistaking but it seems, earlyer there were toothbrushes and toothpaste available to guests by defalt. The breakfast omlette sometimes a bit soupy (I guess, it depends on the actual cook). And it used to be more seasony fruits available at breakfast

Not bad. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, which makes it quite convenient for getting to Olympic Hall for concerts without needing to transfer lines.

The hotel is very convenient, but the breakfast food is generally of very poor quality. I’ve never seen anything like it!

Not bad at all! The price was reasonable, and the location was good. What really touched me was the warm service: I accidentally left some clothes behind, and the hotel even mailed them back to my home. That kind of gesture is truly heartwarming. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff – our room was spotless every day, and they even neatly organized our personal belongings. Highly commendable!

This hotel completely elevated my stay during my trip to Gangnam, Seoul. From its convenient location to the thoughtful service details, everything was exceptionally comforting, making it a true hidden gem in the Gangnam area.

The location is definitely its strongest suit. It's just a 5-minute walk to Sinnonhyeon Station on Line 9, and about 10 minutes to Gangnam Station and Yeoksam Station, making daily commutes and transfers a breeze. What's even better is that the luxury airport bus from Incheon Airport stops directly across from or in front of the hotel, allowing for an easy check-in right after landing, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with luggage. The surrounding area is also super convenient, with convenience stores just a few steps away, and local restaurants, cafes, and cosmetic shops tucked away in the alleys – you don't have to go far to shop or find a bite to eat.

The comfort of the room exceeded expectations. While not super spacious, the layout is well-designed, and the whole place is clean and tidy. The bedding is so soft that once you lie down, you won't want to get up, and the quiet environment at night ensures a good night's sleep. The room amenities are comprehensive, including a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a mini-bar, and a private safe. The private bathroom even has a bathtub, perfect for soaking away fatigue after a day of exploring, and the free WiFi signal is consistently stable. The view from the windows of some rooms is an added surprise, offering a direct glimpse of N Seoul Tower, which is particularly charming when lit up at night.

Services and facilities are also commendable. The lobby staff are friendly, and the 24-hour front desk is always ready to assist, quickly responding to any needs. The hotel features restaurants serving both local and Western cuisine, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, catering to different dietary preferences and ensuring a great start to the day. Facilities like the fitness center and business center are well-equipped to meet your exercise or work needs during your trip. They also offer laundry and dry-cleaning services, and free parking, demonstrating thoughtfulness in every detail.

Although some areas of the decor feel slightly dated, it doesn't detract from the living experience at all. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, you'll find convenience and comfort here. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Gangnam!
