It’s was a pleasant stay. The guesthouse owner was very friendly and accommodating. We had to change the room last minute as we have a toddler and the owner was very kind to allow to change. A very warm floor heating especially during winter season. Highly recommended if you are looking for a warm and cosy place after a long walk out in the cold winter. Trash and towels were changed and clean up everyday. Our room is always clean☺️.

It is the guesthouse I choose for many times just because of its convenient position. You could walk to Myeongdong or Seoul stations.

Perfect for solo traveler. They also clean the room everyday. They have elevator. Also, many nearby 24 hr restaurants

For solo travelers, hostels are the most budget-friendly option. This one has a great location, very close to Seoul Station, making getting around super convenient. The owner, an old gentleman, was also very kind and patiently explained everything I needed to know.

Lots of food nearby. I don't think I notice any CCTV. Not even the locker area which is risky for the occupants if things are stolen.

The location was excellent , close to Myeongdong shopping street. I requested a late checkout and this was possible for an extra fee, which was perfect for me since I sleep till late. The air conditioning in the room could be improved, for me it was very hot (25 degrees inside) when the air conditioning was on, making it a bit difficult to fall asleep. A perfect temperature would be 18-21C, but in the morning the room turns a bit cooler ,other than that the room was very clean and two bathrooms for us to use.
